    • Pretty decent
For the money it’s not bad. Cons are I wish I could access the internal control panel without fear of ruining the bike. Another one would be it’s cheap Chinese parts used for pieces such as the kick stand, the break pads, and the light mount. But it’s not the worst investment.

Bought this bike for my son who loves it. However, the gear shift piece was broken when we took it out of the box. Assembly wasn’t too bad BUT the instructional manual was borderline useless. I had to rely on YOUTUBE to finish the assembly. We read the manual and other reviews with questions & answers prior to test riding the bike. We charged the bike for a good 5 solid hours and the display screen AND battery pack indicated a FULL charge. However, when my son rode the bike, it shutdown after 5 minutes of riding. Everything turned off-display screen and electric portion of the bike. We brought the bike back in and checked the battery. HOWEVER, both the display screen and battery pack said the battery was fully charged. After about 10 minutes, everything came back on. So, we have no idea why this keeps happening. Maybe it’s user error or a defective battery pack. Either way, we will be contacting the company for suggestions or replacements-especially for the gear shift lever. Given we have only had the bike in use since this morning, my review is limited b/c we haven’t been able to fully enjoy it just yet. My son did say that he liked the bike so that is a plus. I will update my review AFTER my issues with this bike are resolved. ... show more

    • Great product for the price
We have purchased two of these bikes. The price keeps coming down from our original purchase which makes it an even better value than what we paid, and we thought it was a good value at that time. These bikes are a great purchase for first time ebike riders who just aren’t sure what they want. We have been riding them since June and are very pleased. We lifted the handle bars for wrist comfort and replaced seat with a slightly wider version but they are ready with a quick install and no modifications.     • Glorious to ride!!!
Well it’s no secret that gasprices are on the rise. Enter this nifty solution. The bike arrives in a large rectangular box. It took my husband about ten minutes tomasemblenit and then we let it charge per the directions. This bike can go around 20 miles per hour!! It’s also good for a little over 20 miles before it needs a recharge! Amazing! A really cool feature is that the bike can be used as a regular bicycle for exercise OR if the batter dies. It can obviously be used in the fully electric mode where absolutely no pedaling is needed, as expected. The added bonus feature is that this bike has a semi-assisted mode too! So you can use the button to slowly increase the assistance! It’s great when going up hill or getting tired but still wanting to burn some calories. Finally, my personal favorite component: the recharge is QUICK! I returned a superexpensive bicycle from a local store because the recharge was 12 hours minimum! No way. This bike charges quickly so if I take it to an event or friends house or work I can plug it in so it’s rapidly charging so I’ll be able to ride it home! Easy to put together even without instructions. But I had just put together another e-brand bike, 2 weeks prior. This bike came with absolutely no assembly, operation or maintenance manual. Only a silly book on how the bike's use is restricted to people between the ages of 12 and 60 should be allowed to ride it. The motor is starting to make a buzzing noise when I accelerate. Speedometer only tells you the speed in 1 of the 3 motor settings. So it tops out at about 20MPH and even though you are deifitely going faster - there's no indication. ... show more

La bicicleta es fenomenal, fácil de armar (aunque el manual no ayuda mucho) la bateria venía descargada, tocó esperar a cargarla completamente para poderla probar. Pero las guías por donde entra la batería venían Rotos 2 de los 6 soportes o guías que trae, igual está funcionando bien y hoy la probé he hice 10 millas y sin inconveniente. Pero deberían tener más cuidado en el momento de empacar la o armarla para evitar que se le rompan piezas.la bicicleta tiene buena fuerza, es comoda, rápida, la luz está bien, el pito no es el mejor pero cumple su función, buenos materiales y buena presencia. Más adelante actualizaré el comentario cunado le de más uso y vea cuál es su autonomía real. ... show more

Bike was packaged very well... nevertheless, screen arrived broken (this is understandable when shipping internationally). Seller sent replacement and offered to reimburse the cost to replace at local bike shop (but I like being hands on and was able to do it myself). Any other questions I had, I asked and got very timely and good responses from the seller. Customer service is always key, even when you are selling a good product and this seller has both an excellent product and a good price and amazing customer service. Didn’t know a thing about ‘em. Feel like. Got really lucky selecting this particular brand and model. Fits me to a tee. Easy to assemble. Runs great right out of the box although I did have mine tuned up by a pro just to be sure. I ride for miles and don’t even break out a sweat. So fun and so freeing.
