Tracking stated the package would be delivered by 8pm Friday. After going to the shipping address and waiting 8 hours, the package never arrived. The same thing occurred Saturday and Sunday. Finally, the package arrived Monday. The quality of the bike, as a bicycle was exceptional. I've never ridden a bike so well built. The brakes are amazingly good.     • Awesome bike.
Amazing bike for the price, great bike for the trailriding or just going for a smooth cruiser and when things get tough the motor is there for you. Ive used it for mostly trail riding and it did not dissapoint, the only problem i had was that somehow the cable that connects to the motor started ripping and sometimes the throttle wouldnt respond so i looked them up on instagram, texted them and they replied and agreed on sending me a new motor for the bike for the fix. They r really thin if ur planning on buying this bike just know u will have to buy a new better set of tires cuz they only lasted me like 3 weeks before they both popped. I already bought two bikes for tot-guard and they both have issues with the front and back breaks, while u ride without using the breaks u can hear them rubbing against the break pad but other than this I can’t complain it’s good enough for what I payed. ... show more

We have had these bikes for about 2 months ago and now having over 250 miles on them we can honestly say they are perfect! On a full charge we have road about 40 miles. We have gotten some rust on the chain and in other spots but they beat 2000 that one would pay at a bike shop. Definitely worth the money! ... show more
