This company sent me a bike for my son’s Christmas present that had a dead battery charger. He went without getting to use his Christmas present for over a month. A new charger was sent from another country by regular mail. It was a month later my son got to enjoy his Christmas present, and no resolution or compensation was offered. The manual says to not use other brand charges as it kills the battery cells. They majorly dropped the ball with my purchase. Very disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. These bikes are overall pretty awesome, 5 star if they had different functionality with the controller. First I’d like to say that assembly was very straightforward and I didn’t need any instructions. However I changed the motor controller and display to fix the things I didn’t like with it. I bought 2 and have modified them because I didn’t fully like the way they are from the manufacturer. For instance, the remote lock/unlock doesn’t make much sense on how to turn off the bike or to set the alarm. I don’t like that you have to hold a button on the remote to power it off, this could be dangerous if traveling at high speeds and you need to shut the bike off. Another thing is the rfid card. I don’t like that you need this to also turn the bike on and off because for the same reason in an emergency you won’t be able to shut it off or in the event of you losing it. The bike always has pedal assist mode activated when on so you have to be careful to not activate It while at a stop where you can’t speed off. You get 3 throttle speed top speeds with no 0 option unless the bike is completely off. Because of this I had decided to completely change out the controller and lcd screen and take off the silly phone holder/charger. After installing a new motor controller with a generic uart display. The bike feels so much safer and better as I now have up to 9 pedal assist modes including 0. There’s no silly gimmick like the remote or rfid card needed to turn on the bike. I now just hold the power button on the display and it’s on. Aside from swapping out the motor controllers the bike is very fun and relatively light. Personally I feel like it doesn’t look as cheap having switched to a lcd display and proper motor controller. Check out my attached pictures to see the before and after of converting the bike from the original screen and controller to a better controller and screen.

Seat is broken it spins around, the inner metal piece goes up and down but won’t lock in place so it spins around. Can’t figure out how to turn the bike on without the fob - what if we lose that how does it turn on? Most severe: The throttle gets stuck and sometimes is dangerous because it gets stuck and the pedals won’t stop spinning without putting on the brakes and then you are jolted forward. There are no instructions on how to fold the bike. The bike came with mirrors but not the attachment piece to put them on the bike! Overall very confused and dissatisfied with the purchase. I’ve reached out to the seller but have not heard a response back.
