Well 1st off the directions were basically non existent. Not hard to assemble but if you aren’t handy it may be difficult. 2nd one of the clickers came broken with components coming out. 3rd front tire will not hold air 4 I have applied for a return. Even though the product came damaged along with the tire not holding air the company seems to think I should pay for shipping it back. That’s ridiculous. When simply they can send me new parts or offer partial refund or just pay shipping themselves. Will update once return is accepted or how customer service behaves Update Customer service was excellent! All issue resolved in a timely fashion. Bike is a fun ride. Has quite a bit of zip to it. My first E Bike: Needed something small to carry in a show-van. Its new, so I can't speak to durability, reliability or company support (they have been next-day responsive so far). But I am impressed with this little machine. I am 6'2", 200 lbs, 72 yo. Hold on tight, it has brisk acceleration. I get an honest 20 to 25 MPH. (But stay at 15 around people. As these machines get popular my Colorado town will start looking at stronger regulations if we upset peds and cyclists.) Long range. It scoots up hills. Even though its small and I'm tall the ride is stable and controllable. Solid and strong construction. Fun styling with the 8 springs; looks cool. My one critique so far: the seat post is too short for my height, and the seat is too wide and squirrely. I went to Amazon, got a 400 mm post (CYSKY has 4 shims so you don't have to worry about fit). This new post gets me up far enough and goes far enough into the frame to be safe and solid. I changed the seat (MSDADA is very cool) to a more conventional saddle that holds my butt in place much better, so, enhances control and stability. This additional $30 was a big improvement in comfort and safety. ... show more
