The only real problem I have had is I recently upgraded to a better battery, but had to switch out the mount for that, and the bike has been giving me power issues. The bike is excellent, except arrived with a broken kickstand, and been trying to get a hold of the Bike seller with no help. It keeps going to the automated Amazon Customer Service, which is getting me nowhere. All I need is a replacement kickstand, and that is it and I cannot seem to get a hold of the right person to do that. Otherwise the bike is great. ... show more

Product arrived not working. Took weeks of back and forth with supplier to have them agree to allow return which they wanted us to pay. Amazon helped us have supplier set up pick up and pay for return. Still haven’t received refund. Do not recommend this supplier.
