The scooter only reaches a top speed of 14 mph, and the battery runs out after just about 15 miles. I couldn't even request a return. HUGE MISTAKE!!! The search tightening mechanism is so weak that it would not hold anyone over 70lbs. I weigh 210lbs and the seat kept going down. It is very unsafe to ride it like that. I had to drill a hole and put a screw in it. Then it would not allow me to post photos.

I’ve tried other folding e-bikes, and this one stands out. The front dual suspension really absorbs bumps – no jarring feeling on cracked sidewalks. Rear disc brake is responsive but not grabby. The 800W peak motor has good punch off the line. The 48V battery holds a charge well, and the 4–5 hour charge time is accurate. Even the LCD screen looks premium. I take it with me on my RV trips; it's a lifesaver. It folds up quickly and doesn't take up much space. The 14-inch wheels and front suspension make it much more comfortable on gravel roads and grass than I expected. The rear disc brakes brake quickly and don't lock up. The LCD screen clearly displays speed, battery level, and assist level. I love its top speed of 22 mph—it's fast and exciting enough without being scary.
