    • Definitely not suitable for short riders but overall decent
The guy complaining about the handle bars has them upsidedown so don't listen to him. Anyways it's not a bad bike tbh the instructions are a bit unclear and the pictures don't help a whole lot but I figured it out. It's definitely not suitable for shorter riders like myself (5'4-5'5) I'm on my tippy toes even tho it claims to be suitable for people 5'3 and above, and for those 2 reasons it loses 2 stars but this is just personal issues. The seat is larger but regularly cushioned so it feels better then a regular bike seat but cushion wise it's pretty equal. So far the only thing that's concerned me is I heard a knocking at one point during a ride but it went away after releasing the throttle and pulling it back again. It can push to about 30 going downhill and stays at a steady 26.5 on flat ground. It's pretty smooth starting it up and stuff, I personally like to get the bike going before pulling the throttle tho so it doesn't launch me. I live in a area with pretty bad rides and sidewalks making me slam on my breaks constantly and they held up really good and did their job nicely, little squeaky. On the control panel there's a button that looks like it's for the headlight but it's for a taillight that I assume you can buy and connect your own onto, the button for the headlight underneath the main panel for anyone wondering use a flashlight ... show more

We bought 2 of these bikes and was disappointed with one of them please see pictures attached below The handlebar was backwards and everything is on the wrong side and upside down.

    • Don’t buy this e-bike.
GARBAGE. You will need thread locker and a tap and die set. First ride, I noticed the front fork dampener tops out, there is no way to adjust it. On the second ride, the rear tire came off and shredded the tube. On the third ride, the front axel nut came off, replaced the nut and the lock washer. On the fourth ride, the derailleur (gear thingy in the back), came off. Thankfully the bolt holding it in didn’t fall out. Ended up loosening every bolt and screw on the bike and using thread locker. All this and I’ve only had it a few hours. ... show more
