Set name: 14'' Tires-4 Shock-749W Motor
We had some issues with the motor after a couple of days. I emailed the support team and Daisy contacted me. She was very responsive and she helped worked through the issue. She sent out a new replacement motor and the shipping was fast. The bike is up and running now and my son rides it every day. Thank you Daisy

Great bike, great customer service!
Battery Capacity: 22.5 amp_hours
Set name: 14'' Tires-4 Shock-749W Motor
I ordered this ebike as a birthday present for my 9 year old. On his birthday I assembled it to find the front rotor was bent and it would not spin through the brake calipers. I requested a refund right away and ordered another. I ordered the exact same bike and my 9 year old absolutely loves it. The battery life is very good and overall the bike seems solid and well built. 5 stars for the bike When I requested a return for the original support reached out right away and offered to stop the new order and ship me replacement parts for the original but because I had already ordered another I opted to just wait on a replacement. Support was fine with that and provided me a return label for the damaged bike. My refund was processed as soon as they received the package. 5 stars for the support as well.

A little over100 miles later and running great! Quick off the start and very nice top speed. About 30 miles without pedaling is the range ive been getting. Not easy to pedal without the motor and the bike is kinda heavy. Easy enough to load in and out though, and I love this bike! Overly impressed and happy with purchase. Im 6'2", 185lbs and this bike really goes while being comfortable with soft ride. Folds down to suitcase size.

Great budget friendly ride!
Battery Capacity: 22.5 amp_hours
Set name: 16'' Tires-10 Shock-749W Motor
Thank you, this is my second purchase of this bike,i owned the T1 last year and upgraded to the T1Pro this year. The battery life is amazing for a small bike like this size, also the assembly was very easy to install. Its a fun little bike that has plenty of power to get threw your day, charging was easy and fast 4-5hours overnight.I looked at allot of foldable for my low budget and this one is my favorite so far! Customer service has improved this year and no hassle form them what so ever, there were times i got lost on what to do with my old bike that didn't run, they always helped me threw step by step there is peace of mind with Tomofree! I have gotten around 35+ miles on some hilly areas and around 200lbs of a rider!I kept the old battery to use with my new one and they kindly and promptly sent a adapter to me with ease! They also have Youtube videos on the bike if you ever get stuck on something. The pedal assist is great to get going from a stop but don't expect much pedaling ,its more of a cruiser style e bike.I would recommend this Seller to anyone looking for a powerful budget friendly ebike for the warm weather,or snow trips! I took the ebike off road and even down the the beaches, perfect fit for me very happy! You wont be disappointing with Tomofree by your side!
