Got it for my 13 year old birthday he loves it, we have 2 other ebikes. This one is slower limited to 21mph perfect for him. It's properly assembled and required minimal setup/assembly. Easy for anyone familiar with bikes and hand tools, tools are included but I recommend you have your own wrench set. Performance wise it runs great pedal assist and just plain battery power works too, it has a half twist grip throttle. ... show more

Not so good: Assembly issues not covered in the instructions that I think any bike needs and for sure this one did: 1. front brake rubbing. this took an adjustment of the caliper assembly, about 10 minutes. 2. front derraileur rubbing on chain - this is a pain to adjust as you have to get the brake cable involved. My boyfriend and I purchased these e-bikes right after Christmas, and we’ve had a great experience so far. First, I want to highlight how wonderful the customer service was. Somehow, two separate orders for two bikes were processed, but the seller was extremely responsive and quickly refunded the duplicate charge without any hassle. That level of service definitely stood out to us. As for the bikes themselves, we’ve been very impressed. Friends who own other e-bikes have commented that ours seem faster and have better battery life. We did need to replace the inner tubes after all four tires went flat during our second ride. However, we live in Lake Havasu, AZ, where the terrain is very rocky, so I don’t consider that a fault of the bikes. Our area is also quite hilly, and while the hills do drain the battery more quickly, we can comfortably ride close to 20 miles before we start worrying about the charge. The bikes feel sturdy and safe, they’re quiet while riding, and they’re very easy to use. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this purchase and have already recommended these bikes to friends ... show more

The quality seems ok but the description isn’t accurate. It says the handlebars are adjustable but they aren’t. The design of the mount in the pictures is not what is on the bike. If you are above 5’7 you’ll have to bend over like a sports motorcycle as the bars don’t not adjust up at all. The bike says 300 lbs but the tires are only rated at 196. With 45 psi pressure and weighing 200 lbs the tires almost look flat. So if your taller then 5’7 and weigh more then 185 I would get something different. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I didn't use it yet, but I tested the cruse feature, battery working fine and good instructions for assembling. Honk is noisy (so far so good) and front light worked, brakes works and they also stop cruse mode if triggered The whole bike is heavy, specially in the box, seems like 3x the weight, but when assembled its fairly easy to pull it up Will come back in the future if something happen ... show more
