My boyfriend and I purchased these e-bikes right after Christmas, and we’ve had a great experience so far. First, I want to highlight how wonderful the customer service was. Somehow, two separate orders for two bikes were processed, but the seller was extremely responsive and quickly refunded the duplicate charge without any hassle. That level of service definitely stood out to us. As for the bikes themselves, we’ve been very impressed. Friends who own other e-bikes have commented that ours seem faster and have better battery life. We did need to replace the inner tubes after all four tires went flat during our second ride. However, we live in Lake Havasu, AZ, where the terrain is very rocky, so I don’t consider that a fault of the bikes. Our area is also quite hilly, and while the hills do drain the battery more quickly, we can comfortably ride close to 20 miles before we start worrying about the charge. The bikes feel sturdy and safe, they’re quiet while riding, and they’re very easy to use. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this purchase and have already recommended these bikes to friends ... show more

I'm a casual biker, averaging 8 miles on a weekend ride while also pulling my toddler along behind me on a trailer. I almost always use level 1 assist, I'll use level 2 on dirt paths. Both settings are remarkably easy while still giving me a challenging workout. 4 hours for 8 miles is my average pace, and it never draws the battery below 70%. The build is fine. Tires seem cheap, good adjustability in the handlebars, the pedals are cheap, the seat is worthless and the handgrips can be uncomfortable, but its all totally fine for the price. I didn't bither to use the mudguards. The bike definitely feels like a heavier bike. The suspension is still stiff, but I haven't broken it in very much yet. The brakes seem perfectly fine. Theyll stop fast if you squeeze hard enough. No warping or fading yet and I've been rough on them. The only upgrade I wish this had, is rear suspension. ... show more

Overall it's a great bike doe the money, my only complaint is the seat, that thing is hard as a rock, can't ride the bike more than 5 minutes cause my ass sore lol, I have to order a different seat to replace it cause the one that came with the bike is just awful.

The bike was delivered on time...it was packaged very well and it came with all the tools you would need to assemble it....after riding it for a while it is very powerful, pedal assist is easy as can be.... the led screen is easy to read...it also came with a front light and all the reflectors needed,..one thing I would recommend is to make sure you have an air pump...tires came deflated to save space...overall great E-Bike I would highly recommend this Funhang EB-m1 E-Bike ... show more

The bicycle functioned properly for three weeks, after which the electric motor failed (error code 10). The seller provided us with instructions to diagnose and address the issue. Error code 10 was resolved; however, the display is now showing a new error (code 8). The seller has informed us that they will send a replacement display, and we are currently awaiting its arrival. ... show more

This is my third electric bike and probably the best so far. I’m not sure what the difference in motor power this one has to my others, but it seems much quicker. Plenty of acceleration in the all electric mode. Some of the features of this bike are removable/rechargeable battery that is also lockable to the bike, bright headlight, horn, kickstand, digital display, lockable front shocks, and the fenders. The fenders are a nice addition and really help to keep mud/water off you. I personally don’t take my electric bikes out while it’s raining, but the fenders help with going through puddles or other water. I had no trouble assembling this bike, I was up and riding in less than 30 mins but that’s likely since I have already assembled 2 of these before and I knew what to look for, although the instructions are really good and I wouldn’t expect it to take more than an hour for someone who has never done it before. For the operation of the bike, there are five speed/assist settings, including no assist at all so you can use it like a regular bike and I found that to be really nice in case I just want to get some exercise. The bike is pretty powerful and gets up to the top speed fairly quickly. It’s also fairly lightweight for an electric bike so that may help it with the acceleration, but it also helps it with storage and transportation of the bike itself. Overall, I’m really happy with it. I got the white version and I think the white and black just look good together and the glossy finish helps to make cleaning easy ... show more
