So far fantastic. Ive had it for a little under a week, but let me tell you, this thing delivers, literally. It comes with everything aside from mirrors, but maybe thats just me being picky. But for $650? (because of course you buy the warranty) You simply cant get anything like this. There are some reviews touting false advertising, but thats not true in my experience. Many are convinced this is supposed to be a 1000W ebike, failing to realize that this is the maximum provided power at PEAK USAGE. In other words, the bikes maximum momentary power output, how it reacts with the controller, more or less what it is capable of at its most intense moments. Its not an average or anything to be expected as the standard operation. Now heres what I love. This thing has: - Turn signals and horn - Built in 55 pound rated rear rack (can be removed) - Headlight & Brake lights - 500W hub motor - 624ma Battery (~50 miles under high intensity) - Customizable Operation settings - Adjustable front suspension - Walk Assist (pulls itself up inclines/ keeps up with you on foot) - So much more, I'm still finding cool stuff to geek out about. I wish it had mirrors, and its large size and weight can make you feel emasculated by a bike (my seat is nearly all the way down), but theres really not a lot to gripe about. It could take bumps better, but its not the worst. It feels sturdy, aside from the rear rack setup which could be more robust and not built into the weakest part of the frame, you definitely cant put a person on it without replacing it with an axel/seat mounted one, but it will hold groceries easily. And finally, the brakes squeal. Maybe that can be easily remedied though, I haven't bothered trying. I hope this thing doesnt break down early, but thats what the warranty is for, so... Best thing I ever bought on Amazon. Ill be back with pictures! ... show more

I just got mine today. I ordered Wednesday last week and it arrived today Tuesday. Everything looks good. Very easy to assemble. If you have problems with the written instructions that comes with it, just follow the installation video provided on the sales description or you can find it on YouTube like I did. It’s way easier that way. I haven’t tested it yet but everything looks amazing and solid. It’s a tall bike so keep in mind that if you are under 5’7” you probably will have to adjust the sit on the lowest setting. I read some reviews in other channels about the breaks. You can always tight em up and make sure you break in advance since it’s a heavy e-bike by design. Fat tires can add more weight than regular ones. They look great and strong. I will be testing it and I will update. No parts lost or damage were present. The tool kit is pretty effective and easy to use. U can also keep it and use it for any inconvenience you might run into as you use it. The gear shifter is pretty smooth and easy to use. Break lights and turn signals work amazingly! The front headlight it’s very bright and it will be helpful for people that will ride at night. Don’t hesitate to purchase some reflective tape to add on it for more safety precautions at night. No noise detected during installation and the throttle it’s very smooth and strong. I checked out all the gears and PAS and it works well together. Very happy with purchase! The bike was easy to put together ran into some difficulty with the front tire going on as easy as it looks in the video, but there’s a plastic piece that they don’t mention that’s inside the front brake of the frame of the bike that you have to remove to get the tire to go on. I was a little scared at first because I read about battery issues and things like that and when I finally put the bike together and charge the battery I would hit the button and it will come on and go off so I was a little scared about that, but eventually, I got it to work and I guess it was an operator error on my part. The bike works well been riding it for three days and the battery has a full charge. Still I’m very happy about the bike. It brought a big smile to my wife’s face. She loves it and now I’m shopping for mine which I’m going to buy here in about a week. I’m just doing my research Because I want the dual motor and the full suspension and that’s about it. Well worth the money pretty solid looks like a monster on the street really nice I love it. ... show more

Probably one of the best purchases I’ve made. We bought two! E-bikes have been awesome! Wife and I did a 15 mile ride tonight and usually go between 5-10 miles each outing. Easy assembly - great videos to walk ya through it. Much of the bike is already assembled out of box. Packaged well! Love the 4” fat tires as we can ride in sand or snow and great on path as well. We use pedal assist mode and can adjust to various levels. Throttle only mode can be used to start from stop on inclines if desired. Great look and quality. Very happy with the two we bought. I’m 6’5 and don’t feel like bike is too short for me either. Wife is 5’10 and with seat lowered fits her well too. Fantastic price and quick ship! ... show more

I wish they included front blinkers. The rear tail light blinkers are hard to see. They need to make them brighter or have a standalone blinker system. Handles great! My wife is 5'3" and can ride this with ease. She feels like she is safer on this bike at higher speeds. She currently rides a Heybike Cityscape with skinny tires. I added a secondary battery to this bike for longer rides and there was no issue. Please ensure you get the correct battery displacer. Overall, this is a good bike for the price. We use this bike as a spare for when we have company over or when our "grown" kids want to visit and ride with us. This bike has good speed and torque from the throttle.
