The bike was easy to put together ran into some difficulty with the front tire going on as easy as it looks in the video, but there’s a plastic piece that they don’t mention that’s inside the front brake of the frame of the bike that you have to remove to get the tire to go on. I was a little scared at first because I read about battery issues and things like that and when I finally put the bike together and charge the battery I would hit the button and it will come on and go off so I was a little scared about that, but eventually, I got it to work and I guess it was an operator error on my part. The bike works well been riding it for three days and the battery has a full charge. Still I’m very happy about the bike. It brought a big smile to my wife’s face. She loves it and now I’m shopping for mine which I’m going to buy here in about a week. I’m just doing my research Because I want the dual motor and the full suspension and that’s about it. Pros: Value priced. Well-constructed. It's a very good-looking bike. The paint quality is very good. The rear rack is heavy duty! Easy assembly and operation. I did 40 miles on my first trip and didn't use 1/4 of the battery. I always peddled the bike or never set the assist over the 1 level. At the 1 level, it provided all the assist I needed. The riding position is excellent. Good overall posture position. The bigger tires are very forgiving on ruts and work great on dirt roads. For a first time E bike buyer, this is a great way to get started. You don't have to make the big investment a lot of the other E bikes start at and gives you a very good experience. Cons: Shipping took longer than stated. Not a problem with the manufacture, but the shipping process. I had to make several adjustments to the brakes and rear chain derailer. Some people wouldn't have the experience to do these adjustments. My bike would skip between gears and wouldn't go into the lowest gear. After making the adjustments, I had no shifting problems. This isn't really a con, but this is a big bike. It's heavy and the big tires makes standing between the center bar a tight fit. A smaller person might find the bike a little big. Update: Moved the bike to 5 stars. After several hundred miles on the bike, I've had absolutely no issues. The bike is excellent for my needs. I added a mirror that has been the best accessary. It's very helpful to see what's coming up on you, i.e. a car, and if anyone that's riding with you. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It's incredible how affordable E-Bikes are getting. We only have one car and I started to use this bike to run errands, getting haircuts, going to Home Depot or Lowe's and picking up fast food. This bike is massive, and it's honestly one of my favorite things about it. With that being said, I would highly recommend this for larger riders. A small person might have difficulty physically handling this. It's large 4 inch tires, massive body, top speed of 25 mph, fast acceleration, brake lights and turn signals make this E-Bike feel like it's a motorcycle. When I take it an errands, I usually drive on the shoulder follow the rules of the road. It's able to accelerate as quickly as some cars, and the break and turn signals makes it easier for other drivers to see what my intent is. When the battery is fully charged The bike has no problem reaching the max speed of 25 mph. The bike is also large enough that it's easy to spot on the road. Starting from the front of the bike, the light is very bright and can illuminate the road in front of you when driving at night. When the front lights are on, the back lights are also on. With my weight (~250 lb/114 kg) the bike does take some distance to come to a full stop when traveling full speed, and compressing both brakes. I could see myself potentially upgrading the rotors to a larger size in the future, which would allow for quicker stopping. The lights, turn signals and horn can all be operated with the left thumb with ease. The right thumb is used to shift gears. The seat included with the bike is very comfortable. I did choose to upgrade it to a larger one. Just my personal preference. The rear rack/cargo carrier is sturdy enough to even support my weight. Very easy to strap in some packages or larger items. I'm thinking I might install a seat for one of my kids to sit there. Overall this bike is incredible because it allows me to run errands in my town, and allows me to leave the house without having to take the car. ... show more
