I just got mine today. I ordered Wednesday last week and it arrived today Tuesday. Everything looks good. Very easy to assemble. If you have problems with the written instructions that comes with it, just follow the installation video provided on the sales description or you can find it on YouTube like I did. It’s way easier that way. I haven’t tested it yet but everything looks amazing and solid. It’s a tall bike so keep in mind that if you are under 5’7” you probably will have to adjust the sit on the lowest setting. I read some reviews in other channels about the breaks. You can always tight em up and make sure you break in advance since it’s a heavy e-bike by design. Fat tires can add more weight than regular ones. They look great and strong. I will be testing it and I will update. No parts lost or damage were present. The tool kit is pretty effective and easy to use. U can also keep it and use it for any inconvenience you might run into as you use it. The gear shifter is pretty smooth and easy to use. Break lights and turn signals work amazingly! The front headlight it’s very bright and it will be helpful for people that will ride at night. Don’t hesitate to purchase some reflective tape to add on it for more safety precautions at night. No noise detected during installation and the throttle it’s very smooth and strong. I checked out all the gears and PAS and it works well together. Very happy with purchase! Probably one of the best purchases I’ve made. We bought two! E-bikes have been awesome! Wife and I did a 15 mile ride tonight and usually go between 5-10 miles each outing. Easy assembly - great videos to walk ya through it. Much of the bike is already assembled out of box. Packaged well! Love the 4” fat tires as we can ride in sand or snow and great on path as well. We use pedal assist mode and can adjust to various levels. Throttle only mode can be used to start from stop on inclines if desired. Great look and quality. Very happy with the two we bought. I’m 6’5 and don’t feel like bike is too short for me either. Wife is 5’10 and with seat lowered fits her well too. Fantastic price and quick ship! ... show more

The bike was easy to put together ran into some difficulty with the front tire going on as easy as it looks in the video, but there’s a plastic piece that they don’t mention that’s inside the front brake of the frame of the bike that you have to remove to get the tire to go on. I was a little scared at first because I read about battery issues and things like that and when I finally put the bike together and charge the battery I would hit the button and it will come on and go off so I was a little scared about that, but eventually, I got it to work and I guess it was an operator error on my part. The bike works well been riding it for three days and the battery has a full charge. Still I’m very happy about the bike. It brought a big smile to my wife’s face. She loves it and now I’m shopping for mine which I’m going to buy here in about a week. I’m just doing my research Because I want the dual motor and the full suspension and that’s about it. I love the simple instructions it gives you to build it when you receive it, not alot of parts to build, very smooth gear changing, recromend a spring seat since there is no back tire shock or spring, tall sturdy and overall loving bike 9/10

The media could not be loaded. It's incredible how affordable E-Bikes are getting. We only have one car and I started to use this bike to run errands, getting haircuts, going to Home Depot or Lowe's and picking up fast food. This bike is massive, and it's honestly one of my favorite things about it. With that being said, I would highly recommend this for larger riders. A small person might have difficulty physically handling this. It's large 4 inch tires, massive body, top speed of 25 mph, fast acceleration, brake lights and turn signals make this E-Bike feel like it's a motorcycle. When I take it an errands, I usually drive on the shoulder follow the rules of the road. It's able to accelerate as quickly as some cars, and the break and turn signals makes it easier for other drivers to see what my intent is. When the battery is fully charged The bike has no problem reaching the max speed of 25 mph. The bike is also large enough that it's easy to spot on the road. Starting from the front of the bike, the light is very bright and can illuminate the road in front of you when driving at night. When the front lights are on, the back lights are also on. With my weight (~250 lb/114 kg) the bike does take some distance to come to a full stop when traveling full speed, and compressing both brakes. I could see myself potentially upgrading the rotors to a larger size in the future, which would allow for quicker stopping. The lights, turn signals and horn can all be operated with the left thumb with ease. The right thumb is used to shift gears. The seat included with the bike is very comfortable. I did choose to upgrade it to a larger one. Just my personal preference. The rear rack/cargo carrier is sturdy enough to even support my weight. Very easy to strap in some packages or larger items. I'm thinking I might install a seat for one of my kids to sit there. Overall this bike is incredible because it allows me to run errands in my town, and allows me to leave the house without having to take the car. ... show more
