The bike was easy to put together ran into some difficulty with the front tire going on as easy as it looks in the video, but there’s a plastic piece that they don’t mention that’s inside the front brake of the frame of the bike that you have to remove to get the tire to go on. I was a little scared at first because I read about battery issues and things like that and when I finally put the bike together and charge the battery I would hit the button and it will come on and go off so I was a little scared about that, but eventually, I got it to work and I guess it was an operator error on my part. The bike works well been riding it for three days and the battery has a full charge. Still I’m very happy about the bike. It brought a big smile to my wife’s face. She loves it and now I’m shopping for mine which I’m going to buy here in about a week. I’m just doing my research Because I want the dual motor and the full suspension and that’s about it. I have to say, this is a great value! My 15-year-old rides hard, and this bike has held up so far (2 months and going). We did have an issue with one of the wheels (went flat early on, and a washer and nut went flying and lost), and the seller was extremely responsive, replacing the tire, inner tube and parts for free. On a complex piece of equipment like this, I fully expect there to be snags, especially at this price point, so the most you could hope for is an agreeable seller, and you get that 100%. ... show more

Omg, this bike is out of this world, the quality is fantastic, the assembly was pretty easy, they provide the tools, so that was a plus, the bike rides smoothly and the noise there isn't any the functionality is awesome you can peddle along or with the help of the bike or not peddle at all and let the bike do it for you. After information from seller, changing the program of the bike. It meant the required speed. Thank you for your help and your quick response.When I first got the bike, it would not go the speed that they advertise that it would go. So I contacted the seller that I was going to return it so they told me how to go in and change the computer settings to get more speed out of the bike. So you can up the speed on the bike if you have one you can contact them and they will give you the information how to do that. Hope this helps someone. Dear customer, Sorry to bother you. If you want to return the item, we will not refuse it. However, returning the heavy and large package is a waste of time and money. Could you please give us a chance to help you solve the problem? 1. Regarding your return reason, the default speed of the fat tire ebike is 21.7mph. If you want to reach 25 mph, please unlock the speed limit. I wish they included front blinkers. The rear tail light blinkers are hard to see. They need to make them brighter or have a standalone blinker system. Handles great! My wife is 5'3" and can ride this with ease. She feels like she is safer on this bike at higher speeds. She currently rides a Heybike Cityscape with skinny tires. I added a secondary battery to this bike for longer rides and there was no issue. Please ensure you get the correct battery displacer. Overall, this is a good bike for the price. We use this bike as a spare for when we have company over or when our "grown" kids want to visit and ride with us. This bike has good speed and torque from the throttle. This thing is a blast! The quality is better than I expected. Easy to assemble. The ride quality is fine. I'm using it for my daily commute to work, the back rack works great and fenders keep me clean. Lights work well in the dark and the horn is very loud.

**DO NOT BUY** I purchased 3 of these bikes from this seller. One of this bikes came severely defective (one came with an issue too but was minor) and I have been given the run around. I purchased insurance so I would not be in this situation but they said I have to work with the seller. The seller takes forever to get back to you and when they do they ask repeatedly for answers to questions and ask you to send them youtube videos. They will ask a question, you respond and then they ask another question. After you answer that, they will ask the same question and since they respond at 2am and not on weekends or their holiday weeks, it takes forever. My bike loses power after 20 minutes of riding and I’ve been working with them for over a month. They said they would send parts and that it would take over a week but I would have them by a certain day, that never happened. It’s so annoying and frustrating, save yourself a headache and buy from another supplier. ... show more

Solid construction. Good battery life/range/speed. The package is nicely done and protected. I did replaced the saddle (the one that came with the bike was killing me). Also got the chain lock and phone bag (the same brand) and can listen to music with earbuds and having complete phone visibility in front of me. Can ride it like a regular bike with no problem.
