    • E-bike or EEK-bike?
I feel as if I received someone else's returned item. Not sure why the battery is so loose. I had to put some tape on it to keep it from bouncing around. The neck part of the handle bars is missing a part. It doesn't connect or close completely. Which causes the handle bars to wiggle around a bit. Doesn't feel safe at speeds higher then 10mph. After a few rides around town the front tire has started making a noise. Noise sounds As if the bearings are shot. Instructions are vague. Also.. I chose to buy this bike according to date of delivery. Which coinsided with vacation dates. It arrived two days later then original delivery date I was told. Originally I was going to buy two of these... but Will I buy again? NO. Will I recommend this product to friends and family? NO. However I DO like the headlight and rear brake light with blinkers. But definitely NOT impressed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My 13 year old son absolutely LOVES this e bike! He was able to put it together easily all by himself and it looks great! The quality of the bike for the cost, we think is great value, compared to some of the other bikes we had looked at. The battery life is excellent. He has only had to charge it once since we got it and has been all over the place on it. He says that it is comfortable and smooth to ride (my husband concurs!) and he is so glad he decided on this particular one after doing month of research. It was especially important to him that the seller was reputable and reliable because he bought it with his own savings. My daughter is now saving to buy one too :0) Happy customers!! ... show more

Curious as to why my Kalorace e-bike came with an owner's manual slash assembly guide for a dual wheel drive motors and a Koomi battery box with no instructions on how to safely remove( are Koomi and Kalorace the same company?) and passenger foot pegs without hardware or instructions on how or where to mount. I get the impression that this purchase was boxed by pieces from multiple returned items to make an approximate complete item. I'm sorry, but I am very disappointed in this purchase. The media could not be loaded. This bike packs a ton of power and performance for the very friendly and affordable price. With the 1000 watt peak motor, it pulls up like a dirt bike. I hit 31 Mph easily. The bike's size is perfect, being able to fit another person on the bike. The seat is amazing as I never have lower body issues after 5 hours of cruising.
