The bike is a great bike for my young teenage son. He rides it often. He is about 5’4” and it’s a perfect size! The only negative is that we wish the battery had a longer life without needing to re-charge. It's pretty east to assemble, installing the front tire needs some minor TLC otherwise it's a breeze. It's a great buy, if I had the room I'd buy the double battery model also. It does go 28 MPH has great performance and a smooth ride. Basically, I love it.

This is amazing for $650. Its better than any other e bike that cost more. 20mph max but the torque isn't too crazy but just right. Its quiet, Its pretty big for the price, I'm 6,0 and It big to get on. Its very comfortable, better than any moped there is.

Ordered these for my wife and I as a Christmas present to each other, as we have been wanting to get into the e-bike game for awhile. For the price, these are an excellent choice! They are very good quality, look awesome, and built like a tank! They are awesome looking, and one person told me they looked like they would cost thousands of dollars. He was shocked when I told him they were about $500 each. They come well-packed in heavy duty boxes. There is some assembly required such as putting on the front wheel, pedals, handlebar, and front light. You will also need to put air into the tires, but they supply a pump! It actually took me longer to unbox the bikes than it took to build them! If you are even the slightest bit handy, you will have no problem building this bike. Once built, we realized the batteries came fully charged and we were able to ride them right away! The only negative is that the brakes on one of the bikes squeak a little, but I'm planning on cleaning them and getting a slight adjustment that should fix that easily. Overall, a great purchase. Size wise, my wife and I are both about 5'6" and we fit on them fine. I think anyone taller than 5'2" would have no problem. Like I said earlier, they are built like tanks, and weight about 75 pounds each. Luckily they fit nicely along the walls of the garage and we didn't need to hang them for storage. I don't think that would be possible for the average person to lift regularly. The bike has 5 speed levels. 1=10mph, 2=12mph, 3=16mph, 4=18mph, and 5=20mph, which is the top speed. There may be a way to get around the electronic speed governor, but I haven't investigated that yet. If you are a seasoned e-biker and want to go faster, this might not be a great choice for you, but for teenagers or casual riders, the 20mph works just fine. My car was flooded with water up to the steering wheel recently, and I can't afford a new one right now. This was definitely the best solution I could have hoped for. I'm going to keep this nice and simple. Packing: Bike came very well packed in a super-thick, heavy duty box. Assembly: The bike came 98% assembled and included all of the needed tools in a tool bag that you can easily keep on you at all times. Took me about an hour to assemble, instructions were simple. The battery came fully charged. Controls: Very simple. I didn't even have to read the instructions, it's just so simple and obvious. Riding experience: It feels/handles like a what you'd expect... a motorcycle that caps out at 20mph. I'm 5'5", when I'm stopped I kinda have to point my toes a bit... but it's still comfortable. I never feel like I'm about to drop it or fall over, I just feel like it'd be nice to be maybe an inch taller LOL. It does fine on shallow grass. I wouldn't try to go super off-road or anything... but just use common sense and you'll be ok. The brakes are very effective. Comfort: Seat is very comfortable. Handle bars are just right as well. Looks: Just look at it. It's the coolest looking e-bike on the market in my opinion. It looks similar to many others out there, but the CYCROWN logo/placement just makes it look SAVAGE. Battery life: I wish it would last forever, but it works just fine for my morning trips to the gym, casual rides just to get out of the house and chill, run errands, etc. I haven't measured the total mileage on a full charge, maybe later. I'm considering getting a second battery if I decide to start taking it on longer trips, but it gets me where I need to go confidently. Edit: It last WAY LONGER in 3rd gear (15mph); probably twice the mileage you get out of 4th (18mph). 5th gear (20mph) kills the batter VERY QUICKLY, I only use it if I have a short trip before I take it in for the night. Pedal assist: I don't use it. I will say I'm glad I chose this one because it doesn't have that Shimano shifter, which I see as just another thing that can go wrong. Conclusion: I recommend it. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. That's an actual pic I took btw, just happened to be out by the tracks and a train came by, seized the moment. ... show more
