Short summary- The bike is amazing, its rides smoothly and looks like a small motorcycle but does not accelerate very fas. It easily matching nyc street speed limits. I’m 4’11 and can reach the ground no problem. 10/10 Long review- To start off the bike came very early. It was estimated that the bike would be delivered a week and some after it was ordered but it came around 3 days later so I appreciate that. It does come with an air pump but it’s small and flimsy but that not a problem since the focus was the bike. Good for emergency’s. The bike is decently heavy but I’m 4’11 and around 150-160 pounds and I can carry it no problem. WARNING!- Like most bikes during high winds, it can be wobbly so make sure you have a strong balance. Also make sure you battery is LOCKED before going out on a ride because if it’s not it can AND WILL pop off mid ride stoping your bike right in its place and putting you in danger. Construction- My dad was the one who put it together for me as a surprise. He said it was easy and that the front tire came deflated for lighter caring. It comes with all the tools you need. However! The breaks are VERY LOOSE especially the back wheel breaks which is something you don’t want on a big, fast bike like this so either get it tightened or tighten it yourself. Speed & feel - It can go around 30ish mph and it feels AMAZING. The ride is very smooth compared to my old, small bike and can accelerate very well, not taking long to reach full speed. I usually go around 25-27 mph to keep up with nyc traffic and I can match no problem. The throttle takes some getting used too compared to my old bike but it’s very nice. The bike also has cruise control. Hold your speed for a little and it jumps right in and can be reset by pulling the brake or but revving the throttle twice in quick succession. The bike is genuinely SO SMOOTH it’s amazing and has saved me from multiple huge potholes that would’ve crippled my old E bike. Look- It looks so cool. It genuinely looks and feels like a small motorcycle. The seat is nice and comfortable and (for me) there is some extra space for a small passenger so I can have one of my little sisters on it with me. The basket rack on the back is too small for a regular basket but that doesn’t mean you can’t find one at all. Speaking of baskets, the small basket below the battery is pretty small but it holds small or emergency items like the charger (though it’s not recommended), a toolkit for anything that comes loose or in my case, my skinny JBL speaker and it sounds so cool from under the bike. WEAR A GOOD HELMET!! With the high speed and being high off the ground if you get in an accident you want to be protected and there are already enough fools on the street forcing stricter E bike laws. There is space for a phone holder and rear view mirror so I have what I need. Final option- All and all this bike is amazing. It looks awesome, rides like butter, sits comfortably, and is built strongly. Some things to note is that if you have the battery off when checking the charge it reads as completely dead so make sure it’s on when you check to get a proper reading. The charger automatically stopped sending power to the battery once it’s full, but that does not mean leave it plugged in all day! The charger itself works but feels weak and flimsy so I imagine that’s the first thing that’s going ... show more

Bike came defected. I would STRONGLY recommend not purchasing from this seller. You can’t return the item as they prohibit return shipping due to regulations. So many issues with the bike as far as brakes, bent rotar, missing bolts, gears didn’t work.. the list goes on. Beware of 3rd party sellers. I’ve been dealing with the seller and Amazon for a month already. To avoid the headache I’d say skip this seller. ... show more

My family bought 3 different brands of the same build of e-bikes. I have to say that this was the most comfortable and was well made, and the best price. My son (22 yrs old) had a nasty fall which was completely his fault 😒 and bent the fork, I contacted the seller and they gave me a link to buy the replacement for cheaper than what the other brands cost. Bike came broken very upset throttle is broken and the front tire on the left side had nowhere to bolt it in to the frame and on the other handle on the bike with scuffed up not very happy after spending an hour putting it together to realize it doesn't work
