The bike quality itself is really good, sleek design very nice durable bike overall and good for price, Bike was super Easy to Build, only took about 30 minutes, if you can tighten a screw you can build it, and it comes with all the tools you need I would recommend installing kickstand first, makes it easier for building it by yourself! You will need a tire pump as well as they don’t come fully inflated. I got the bike up to 29.1 MPH on a small slope, the overall speed is great most of the time, at full throttle it will give you about 23-25 MPH. Fast bike overall! The battery takes about 6-7 hours to fully charge from dead, with pedal assist the whole time I was getting a max of about 21-23 miles and the battery dies. Not 65Miles, i understand it varies based upon where you ride it how hilly it’s and your weight, but I weigh about 140Lbs and was on flat ground most of the time I have been driving the bike. Battery performance is not what they rate it for. I suggest a seat cover too, it’s doable but gets uncomfortable after about 5 miles and fenders are flimsy plastic I left the rear fender off but it’s personal preference obviously. Electronics work great I love the display screen! Disk breaks work well and have quick stopping power. The seller Ratings for speed is close but battery ratings are higher than what you should expect but for how inexpensive this e-bike is it’s a good buy! ... show more

Installation was easy, and once strapped to the bike frame, it stayed firmly in place. I’ve ridden on some pretty bumpy roads and it never came loose. The touch screen cover is quite responsive — I can use navigation and answer calls without any issues. The overall build quality feels solid. The zippers are smooth, and the material is thick and durable. The bag has just the right amount of space to hold a phone, keys, some coins, and small tools — perfect for short rides. ... show more

I’ve had this bike for a little over a year now and it’s been nothing but problems. After using it for just a few months the bike no longer goes as fast as it is supposed to (I paid extra for the added speed). The battery needs to be charged after nearly every ride, even when it’s just ridden a short distance. Now the back tire is flat, but there is no visible way to inflate it, as it is attached to the motor, so it is essentially useless. The posting claims there is a 1 year warranty, but that was not honored. A very small, partial refund was supposed to be sent, but that also has not been honored. I’ve currently been waiting about 2 months…..guessing it will never come. Stay away from this bike if you are looking for something that’s going to last longer than a few months. ... show more

Used it for a few days before leaving a review. The phone bag stays securely attached to the e-bike, and the strap installation is super easy—no tools needed, took just a few minutes. The storage space is just right for a phone, keys, earbuds, and other small items. The touch screen works well even with the phone inside, which is great while riding. Not what I expected. Does not go faster that 25mph and that’s using pedal assist and peddling as hard as I can. The fenders are flimsy and the rear fender broke off already. I disconnected the headlight and horn so that they don’t take from the battery life. And still, battery life starts to drop within the first few hundred feet of riding with peddle assist. 2 of 5 bars downs within 3 miles. 10-12 miles in I’m down to 1 bar and afraid I will lose all power. ... show more
