I’ve had this bike for a little over a year now and it’s been nothing but problems. After using it for just a few months the bike no longer goes as fast as it is supposed to (I paid extra for the added speed). The battery needs to be charged after nearly every ride, even when it’s just ridden a short distance. Now the back tire is flat, but there is no visible way to inflate it, as it is attached to the motor, so it is essentially useless. The posting claims there is a 1 year warranty, but that was not honored. A very small, partial refund was supposed to be sent, but that also has not been honored. I’ve currently been waiting about 2 months…..guessing it will never come. Stay away from this bike if you are looking for something that’s going to last longer than a few months. ... show more

The bike quality itself is really good, sleek design very nice durable bike overall and good for price, Bike was super Easy to Build, only took about 30 minutes, if you can tighten a screw you can build it, and it comes with all the tools you need I would recommend installing kickstand first, makes it easier for building it by yourself! You will need a tire pump as well as they don’t come fully inflated. I got the bike up to 29.1 MPH on a small slope, the overall speed is great most of the time, at full throttle it will give you about 23-25 MPH. Fast bike overall! The battery takes about 6-7 hours to fully charge from dead, with pedal assist the whole time I was getting a max of about 21-23 miles and the battery dies. Not 65Miles, i understand it varies based upon where you ride it how hilly it’s and your weight, but I weigh about 140Lbs and was on flat ground most of the time I have been driving the bike. Battery performance is not what they rate it for. I suggest a seat cover too, it’s doable but gets uncomfortable after about 5 miles and fenders are flimsy plastic I left the rear fender off but it’s personal preference obviously. Electronics work great I love the display screen! Disk breaks work well and have quick stopping power. The seller Ratings for speed is close but battery ratings are higher than what you should expect but for how inexpensive this e-bike is it’s a good buy! ... show more

Well issues I had were small inside the battery case the sleeve it attaches to the bike there's these little tiny screws there's two sets of screws one set goes into the frame over the bike and the other one secures that ground plate running through the center fortunately I found one of the screws off and took it apart and use Loctite putting the screws back together and got it back on the bike fully tested it for Speed it runs just on the pedal throttle it all on the kickstand had no problem doing 25 miles an hour at full assist this is not me riding it this is just testing it on the kickstand I'm 270 lb tomorrow I'm going riding we'll see how well it can take me up the hill that is almost 30% cuz that's from my house down Hills what I got to deal with then want to go home I got to go up it can't get around it I live on the side of a big hill ... show more

I'm giving this 3 stars because we really liked the looks of this bike and wished it had worked. When we received it, the front forks were installed improperly and were not working the way they should. The gasket was on the outside of the internal part of the forks, and my husband could compress the forks all the way down while sitting on the bike. We were very disappointed. The bike had really nice features. The bike is very nice looking, and we were really looking forward to our rides; however, we had to have Amazon get involved with the seller to get our refund and free shipping. The bike could have easily been exchanged, but the seller offered us $40 to keep the bike. YOU READ THAT RIGHT! If another seller is advertising this same bike, it may be worth it to buy! I think the fork's malfunction is a fluke. I guess we'll never know. ... show more

this bike is 100% great, it easy and quick to pur together. it was charged already, the only thing I really had to concentrate on the front and back brakes, getting them adjusted so they would stop me properly. it's a smooth quiet ride you will have to get a back tail/break light and a rack for the back of the bike. you'll need mirrors, but other that the total cost to my door was $429.99. get ready to enjoy. ... show more
