I purchased two of these bikes for my wife and I and we have been super pleased with the purchase. The bikes are very nice. The welds and powder coat finish is top quality. The bikes come packaged very well in foam and extra paper covering to ensure they didn't get scratched. Previous reviews said the tires were not good but I found that not to be true. Both bikes had different sets of tire and both have performed just fine. My wife and I have ridden them over 100 miles and the tires really show no wear. See attached pictures. Make sure you read the instructions and don’t think you know how to put a bike together. The Handlebars need to be rotated. Over all very please. I shopped around for a while and found these to be well worth the price. Battery life is excellent and after a 11mile ride very little battery was used. The bike rides so nice with the seven gear options you don’t even need to use the peddle assist. I liked these bikes so much I just purchased two more for my other residence. These bikes are so much fun to ride with the multiple peddling options you will want to use them often. ... show more

My son and husband assembled this bike, took about one hour. Charged the battery for 6 hours attached to the e bike the next morning, but the e bike would not turn on. Son found that the ground wire on the bike was not connected. He connected the wires and all was well. Runs and pedals as expected. I think this was a good purchase. ... show more

Barely goes 15 miles on a full charge front back tire lasted 2 weeks brake cable rubs up against front tire and it's not as fast as they say it is not even close

The bikes runs fine enough. They did use some cheap components though. The tires and tubes it comes with are garbage, so if you buy the bike, just order new tires and tubes with it. The down shift lever snapped off when I tried to down shift so that sucked, I'm just going to through a new gear shift on it as I've got the skills. For the money its not a horrible bike, just realize it's cheaper than most for a reason. ... show more

Rated 30-50 miles on a full battery. Does what it says.wish it had bigger tires other then that very nice bike for the price. Oh and the shocks float like dream lol

After riding approx 100 miles, the back wheel began falling apart; it became very loose, even though all the screws were tight.

She actually loves. Not as much as I do getting her own. She's being swept off her feet. The appearance is perfect. I did order a lo ger handle bar neck so that she can sit up 97% of the time. Thks. Great product!

Careful before buying it's sed it was water resistant but that doesn't mean it's all water resistant the thumb throttle got loose and accelerates on its own, I have too hold the throttle up to make sure it stop's accelerating after riding it in the rain 2 times (not even 4 miles). I've gotten too 25mph down hill, packaging was great except the derailleur does not come equipped and has to be equipped by an e-bike professional - (could damage the motor). Averages top speed 19 mph full throttle pedal assist, that's including with throttle only (I weigh 150LBS). Up hill cold be a challenge even on the easiest gear pedal I average 7mph with pedal assist and reach sudden stops with throttle at just 25° hills. Had too buy the fenders separately, it came with a front headlight installed. The battery dies faster than it should I read 30 miles in one charge but, I average about 15 miles with one full charge. -Value for the money✅ -Appearance✅ -Performance✅ -Comfort ✔️, seat performs like a regular bike seat, a little rough on your rear end. ... show more
