My initial reason for wanting to try an electric bicycle was that I don't want to drive every time I go out for short trips like grocery shopping or running errands nearby. Sometimes riding a regular bicycle gets tiring, so I wanted a bike that balanced ease and speed. Also, several of my neighbors had one, which made me even more determined to buy one! This electric bicycle is very smooth to ride; it moves forward effortlessly with minimal exertion. It doesn't feel strenuous on small inclines either, providing a smooth ride. I usually use it for short rides around the neighborhood, and sometimes I ride a little further to the park. Even on uneven surfaces, it doesn't feel bumpy or uncomfortable. The removable battery design is incredibly convenient; I don't have to physically push the whole bike to a power outlet. The battery life after a full charge is more than enough for my daily use, easily lasting one or two days of short rides. The display screen is also very clear, making it easy to check the battery level and speed while riding. Furthermore, the overall build quality and riding experience are reassuring, and the braking response is immediate, giving me peace of mind while riding. Lately, when the weather is nice, I often take the opportunity to go out for a bike ride, and I really enjoy the feeling. Followed instructions on initial charging, installed battery and son test drove it on Christmas Day. Following day battery was drained, recharged it and reinstalled in bike. Battery says 100%, bike screen says 0% and will not work. After closer inspection, taillight and blinkers do not work either apparently due to poor wiring. Manual and battery instructions come with No Help line or customer service. I’ve reached out through Amazon but unless the seller takes this item back or provides troubleshooting.     • It’s a good e-bike for a decent price.
Overall it’s a very good bike. Had a minor issue with the chain tensioner. Customer service is sending a new one. Besides that it seems like a good e-bike. Plenty fast for a 12 year old. My son really likes it .

I've had this bike for a little while and have been taking it out around my neighborhood and nearby paths when I have time. Been using it mostly after work. It's been nice to just get on and go. The ride feels comfortable on uneven roads, and the brakes haven't given me any trouble so far. The display is easy to glance at while riding and shows the basics like speed and battery. I like the way it looks in person, kind of a dirt bike style, and the small orange break details stand out a bit. Battery has been fine for my usual rides. The battery won't last not even 3hrs. When pedaling the battery drains too. Not enough power when accelerating. The front shock is so hard like if is locked and wont bounce to absorb a jump. The back tire is bald after 189 miles? the front tire is like new. My son drives it to and from school. Probably faulty tired! Breaks squeak like he is killing a cat. The Bike was supposed to have gears in the back but they add a regular wheel with only 1 sprocket. And the Derailleur is useless. I’ve been using this ebike for a few months now. The seat is easy to adjust and surprisingly comfortable for someone my height. Putting it together took a while; I had to figure out a few things, but once it was done, it rides great. Even in cold winter weather, it feels stable and the battery lasts longer than I expected. This e-bike exceeded my expectations. It looks great and feels very solid. The motor is powerful and the bike accelerates smoothly. The fat tires and suspension make the ride comfortable even on rough roads. The battery life is also good and easy to remove for charging. Assembly was simple and everything worked right away.
