This is a really good bicycle. It arrived four days early. The assembly instructions that came with it were difficult to understand and probably need to be amended. I found a video tutorial that was good and I had it together in about two hours. The assembly was fairly easy following the tutorial. Customer service was good. This bicycle is very well made and quite sturdy. It has a lot of torque and power. It's very fast! I ride it back and forth to work (about 14 miles round trip). I scoured the internet reading about Ebikes and I'm certain I hit a home run with this one. The torque and the power is ridiculous. You literally have to hang on or it will get away from you. The instructions for assembly leave a little to be desired. I found a couple videos that helped. Every single person that has seen it is blown away by how good it looks. It's the coolest looking bike I've seen. I literally want to ride it every where. Remember you heard it here, the first time you ride it you'll be astonished. You don't know me but trust me on this.     • 1400 miles, No issues. Great E-bike.

in 7-8 months i have put about 1400 miles on this bike. It has been absolutley great. I tried my best to follow battery charging instructions and it has lasted as a daily commuter to go about 10 miles each way. also took it on some fun cruises around town. Over all a very quality product, the only thing that has broken is one of the m6 screws that hold the kick stand on. an easy replacement and it was operator error that caused the issue. only down side, is after about the 1k mile's the battery started to have some issues. it doesnt hold quite as much as when it was new. only tops out at around 53.2V (as of writing this) instead of the listed 54.6V. on higher levels of throttle it really burns through the battery, at a much more notacable pace compared to when it was a new batt. PAS mode is the way to go. I pretty much kept it on 3 the entire time unless traffic dictated a bit more speed. Would very much recomend. Also get a bigger aftermarket seat. Trust me it will save you alot of pain and suffering. ... show more

Terrible advertisement and Terrible company. Please stay away from this generic ebike. So much better out there. Mine came with a defective battery and the company refuses to make it right and send a new one.

I put about 250 miles on so far and I love this bike. I’m able to get around has plenty of power speed. We have mostly handicap curbs but we do have some regular curbs and I’m able to just bounce right up on him. Im unable to do much paddling so having the different battery levels is really nice I use four primarily. I spent over a month researching e-bikes and I chose this one and I couldn’t be happier. The bike runs fast max is speed is 35mph But if you go full electric the battery will run out way faster Overall the bike gets a lot of mileage good for local/mid range commutes

This is a quick bike! I set it all up and started riding. I made sure to fix the alignment of the front hub connector. The reason I state this is because I made a simple error by not lining up the arrows lol. Customer service was really fast and direct. I'm very satisfied with support and the bike itself! Ps: Don't be like Doug. Find the manual online and contact customer service before leaving a 1 star review.
