Ensure the battery is fully inserted into the frame and locked with the key. Check the battery connection cable—unplug it and then plug it back in securely. 2. Display is on, but the motor isn't working? Check the display and ensure both brake levers are fully released. 3. Battery won't charge? Connect the charger to the vehicle first, then plug it into the wall outlet. If you have just finished a ride, allow the battery to cool down for 30 minutes before charging. 4. Unusual noise from the brakes? New brake pads require a break-in period. The noise will disappear after a few instances of hard braking.

We were camping recently and met a couple who were riding similar bikes. Since the husband appeared to be “not petite” like me I was interested in the e bikes. They gave positive reviews. They further said the had purchased them online for W$@;art (not sure about brand issues. So I did what always do, I went on Amazon. Price was a little above the other vendor, but I am Amazon lazy and ordered on fo my wife and one for me. I will say as a Prime member, I am not used to pay for shipping. But again, halfway into an order and being Amazon lazy, I hit the worn out purchase button. They delivered 5 days earlier than projected. Now the initial review - Set up takes about 15 minutes. Great tool kit is included. They came fully charged. We rode them in our neighborhood. I will provide some statical data for those who what it. I am 5’10”, 246 lbs. on a flat road mine got up to 16 mph. Pedals were surprisingly good. Other than periodic slight contacts with my key chain, no issues. Pedaling was actually good, 7 of 10 rating for the bike. The electric power was impressive. First camping trip - we took the out on a gravel surface. Once mine got away from me. Perfect for camp grounds. Very worthwhile purchase. One small issue. On of the stick on side reflectors fell off. Does not change my current rating. Runs great. Little to no assembly. Looks to be decently durable for the price because of the small wheels and short stature. It is a little unstable, but it's not nothing you can't compensate for battery. Life appears to be pretty good so far and it is very affordable.

Fast delivery! Great for a teen, and mostly built in the box. I appreciate that the phone holder also acts as a phone charger. Battery life out of the box without a charge last for a large amount of play. Folding ability for travel is also a big plus. Overall a great product at the right price.

It's great for what it is. But apparently I'm too tall for it when pedaling. I put both the handle bars and seat as tall as I feel safe putting them, but my knees still hit the handle bars. For reference, I'm 6'4" and male. Positives and negatives: *The horn + will get peoples attention, - sounds like Road Runner, and is annoying when my knee activates it. *The headlight and tail light + bright thought to see and be seen at night - not bright enough to see very well. *Handling/steering + takes a little getting used to but otherwise all positives there. *Folding and adjusting + Easy to quickly release pressure and change what you need to fairly quickly - sometimes the release will loosen a little and you have to tighten it with both hands before reapplying the pressure. *The basket accessory + nice when a few light things are in it - but put enough weight in it and the inner lighter will invert and the entire basket will fall out as the ring the Velcro is attached to will slide right through it like butter. (Should have sewn in more than just the top of that leather strip or whatever it is into the basket wall to prevent it from flipping.) *The cellphone holder accessory + it has a USB port for charging... - But I can't put my phone in it as that would require me to remove my phone's case. (I'm saying it's too small), on top of that, it is a little spinning knob to widen the holder and it does feel very weak and flimsy but again I haven't used it yet. *Battery life + I rode a hilly 6 miles quite nicely on a full charge and it only lost one bar on the indicator - since it only lost one bar I didn't think charging was gonna be necessary for the same distance back after 6 hours of sitting while off (but still plugged in to the bike) NOPE it lost almost all of it's power in the first two miles, and since I can't really pedal it (because of my height, not necessarily the machines fault) I had to walk it back home. *Speed + It most definitely can reach 24 miles/hour, just don't expect it up a hill especially on anything less than a full charge. Overall it's what I could afford within reason, and the bike itself isn't bad. 4/5 stars, better for teens or shorter adults, like anyone under 6 feet tall. ... show more

I bought this for my daughter and we love it. It charges great it’s comfortable. It goes pretty fast and we’ve had no issues with it. Whatsoever deceit in the handlebars are adjustable. for us It was a great buy.
