I bought two Boxer ST’s no issues at all. The build quality is way better than expected. Even with a few upgrades, this was a solid deal. Just keep in mind, when you buy an e-bike online you should be mechanically inclined because getting a local bike shop to work on it will be difficult. For the most part everything is industry standard so you can get replacement parts no problem. Customer service is very responsive but you’re dealing with people in China and their time zone is opposite of ours so everything is a day late. The PUCKIPUPPY customer service team called to confirm that I had received the bike and then called a few days later to confirm that it was received undamaged and that I was able to assemble it with no issues.     • Defective bike, endless runaround from customer service. Do not buy!
I purchased this Puckipuppy e-bike in December 2025, and it has been a complete nightmare. The bike simply has not functioned properly, and trying to get a resolution from this seller has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Instead of honoring their product and offering a working replacement or a refund, customer service strung me along for months. They kept diagnosing the issue remotely and mailing me replacement parts. I have wasted countless hours of my own time playing mechanic—wiring in a new controller, testing a replacement charger, and swapping out both thumb and full twist throttles. Absolutely none of this resolved the issue, and the bike remains entirely unusable. Now, after I've done all the manual labor they asked of me with zero success, they are refusing to repair or replace the bike. Their customer service has resorted to sending me in circles, repeatedly giving me the exact same generic instructions to "check the cables." Do not waste your money or your time. This seller will not stand behind their product if you receive a defective unit. Look for a different brand with decent customer support. ... show more

The bike works as expected. The mirrors don’t stay and we may end up taking them off as a result. The bike is taller than anticipated making it impossible to remain seated in a stopped position. It’s hard to get used to and I worry about falling over because I can’t touch the ground if seated. The step through part is also higher as a result and narrower than expected so I can’t put the water bottle holder on the frame as I would like otherwise I can’t get my leg through so it’s on the handle bars which isn’t where I wanted it. FYI I’m 5’7”. The seat is comfortable. It’s a heavy bike. Update. Puckipuppy read my review and did everything possible to make me a happy customer. The customer service was excellent. ... show more
