I used it during recent travel. Very durable zipper and good size for lots of stuff. The pouch for a water bottle is ingenious. Stays folded up and out of the way until I needed it. Great purchase. I highly recommend it.

The fanny pack part is OK - nothing special. But I did not receive the water bottle attachment. I left feedback for the seller, and will remove this review if this problem is resolved.

This review is for the WanderFull HydroBeltbag - Belt Bag with Removable Water Bottle Holder. I bought this to keep my phone, and other items when I'm exercizing or mowing the lawn. I used too use an old fanny pack but I wanted something with a water bottle holder because where I live it gets HOT. This HydroBeltBag covers all the bases. It has a good sturdy 1.5 inch wide strap with a zipper pouch and really cool bottle bag attached. The bottle bag is collapsable and can be zipped up into a nice mini pouch when not in use. When it is opened up it has a handy drawstring around the top of the bottle bag to keep my drink container of choice securely in place. The main pouch has a main zippered pocket with lots of room for my stuff and two mesh pockets inside to keep smaller items organized. One of the mesh pockets has a partition in the center for organizing even smaller items. The back of the bag has another zipper pocket as well. The zippers are all very strong and well made, and the profile of the whole pouch is slim and stylish. The attached strap is 1.5 inches wide for comfort and strength, which is a huge plus for me when I want to use it as an over-the-shoulder bag; it doesn't bite into me when I have lots of heavy stuff packed. And the straps are adjustable with very strong clasps that lock into place with a nice crisp snap. This is a well-thought design and beautifully executed. No more fanny pack for me; this is my go-to bag from now on. I strongly recommend this!!

I got this specifically for the bottle holder, which I'm sure many people did. It's just a standard fanny pack (a nice one, good hardware and such), so the only thing that sets this apart (but doesn't make it worth almost $40 at time of purchase, 8/2023) is the bottle holster. Being able to carry my water bottle for the dog was really why I got this, and I can't do that comfortably, unfortunately. If you only use plastic bottles, it'll be much better, but the weight of an empty stainless steel bottle (I can't even imagine glass!) is uncomfortable to be bouncing around against your body, then fill it with water and it's downright painful. I carried this with my 20-oz. bottle 3/4 full; it wouldn't stay in the position where it was most comfortable/least in the way (essentially to the side where a saddlebag would be, the bend where your hip curves around to your tush) but it kept shifting to my back/sacrum within about 8 steps then just smacking against that bone. We didn't get a mile into our walk (forget about running) before my rear-end was completely numb. It was a long 8 miles. So, I can't recommend this if you're like me and don't use/own plastic bottles, and I think it's overpriced for what it is, even if you can use the holder. I would return it but it was a discounted purchase through Vine so it's not eligible.

When I took this out of the package, I did not like it. It isn't at all what I envisioned. I wanted a cross body purse type of thing and I thought that's what I was getting based on the picture and description. It's definitely more of a fanny pack. And at first I was annoyed by the water bottle holder thing and thought it was worthless. However, I have been using the fanny pack and water bottle holder on walks with my dogs. I can store items in the pack like keys, poop bags, knife, flashlight...whatever walking/hiking essentials and the attached water bottle works quite well for holding my water on our walks. So yeah, it has grown on me and now I am liking it, even if it's not what I was trying to get.
