The media could not be loaded. I’m obsessed with this e-bike. I did struggle a little bit getting it together, however the staff was really helpful and responded quickly. I added some lights to the side because I ride a lot a night. I wish they had a regular bike spikes to add the bike spike lights but other than that it’s a really good bike. It handles bumps, strong winds and steep hills really well. It took us also a little bit to fold the bike as well. Keep in mind I’ve never had anything like this before. However once my son and I figured it out, folding it is super easy and done quickly. I work about 17 miles from my apartment and I have recently started riding this to work. Normally I use full electric mode and I’ll be cruising, by the time I got to work there was two battery bars left. The terrain is mainly flat. I also like that the seat is a little larger than a typical seat and has some cushion for comfort. It took me a minute to realize that it doesn’t matter how fast you pedal for the pedal assist feature. You can pedal super slow and it will still go fast. There isn’t much resistance with pedaling which makes the ride super enjoyable. Well worth the purchase.

Received ours today, just one day after the day it was supposed to be here which was probably because it shipped with FedEx. I gotta say, this bike was a lot better quality than I was expecting for this price point! I'm pleased for real. The manual was a little harder to understand as it gave the bare minimum description and the pictures were so small to see however anyone with a solid brain can figure out how this assembles without the instructions. There's also no where in the manual that explains the back rest installation. You just unscrew and pull up the back seat and screw it all together. Nothing too hard there. Took my boyfriend and I only 1 hour to get it right. And only had to remove the front wheel once. Also drives way faster than expected. Great bike so far

The chains falls off real easily every time you hit a bump making fall several times. The kick stand don't work just falls the other way every time. It's kinda hard to fit in the trunk of it ain't a SUV or a truck. The batter life is pretty good if u don't use the only electric mode.

I got my bike and the package was messed up so I was trying to return it and everything went well. Great company. They all made sure I was happy so if you wanna get something like this, then this is a good thing to get is very fun. I’ve had any problems with it yet only had it for like a couple weeks and it’s doing pretty good. It goes pretty fast. It goes like up to 42. I don’t know the thing says like 35 I think only problem out the box for real would be the seat like the main seat cover or like the seat places like it keeps going up and down so it’s like riding up in my crotch, which I don’t like. I had to find another seat, I guess for the bike or riding it must not know what I’m doing, but besides that it’s OK so far.

I didnt see any reviews for the 2 rider experience. I must say its pretty good. If you can be patient with yourself in learning how to balance the extra rider weight and get up to speed with the extra weight of an older child or adult then it's smooth cruising. If you haven't riden a bike in a while, I'd suggest giving yourself time to get use to an electric bike that has a responsive throttle and great breaks. There is a place to hold on for rear riders in front of them. I don't see how to adjust the speed to make it slower in taking off in level 1 pedal assist. In full throttle mode, without pedaling, I find it easier to maneuver this bike with a 2nd passenger. I do like the fact that it's a large enough bike to be seen on the road, yet its great on the sidewalk too. I like the alarm system feature,a cell holder with usb charge port and the Waterbottle holder. I wish there was a wire basket instead for a small bag or purse. I love that there is a rear passenger foot rest. I see other brands that offer the 2 seater but without the rear foot rests. So, thumbsup to this brand for providing them. The suspension is comfortable, I do wish it had the turn signal switch and side mirrors, these are the only things I see missing. But they can be added separately. It is heavier than a regular pedal bike, but it feels solid and at least it's foldable. If they made a mini - compact version of this bike with these features it would be great too. So far so good.
