The media could not be loaded. I’m obsessed with this e-bike. I did struggle a little bit getting it together, however the staff was really helpful and responded quickly. I added some lights to the side because I ride a lot a night. I wish they had a regular bike spikes to add the bike spike lights but other than that it’s a really good bike. It handles bumps, strong winds and steep hills really well. It took us also a little bit to fold the bike as well. Keep in mind I’ve never had anything like this before. However once my son and I figured it out, folding it is super easy and done quickly. I work about 17 miles from my apartment and I have recently started riding this to work. Normally I use full electric mode and I’ll be cruising, by the time I got to work there was two battery bars left. The terrain is mainly flat. I also like that the seat is a little larger than a typical seat and has some cushion for comfort. It took me a minute to realize that it doesn’t matter how fast you pedal for the pedal assist feature. You can pedal super slow and it will still go fast. There isn’t much resistance with pedaling which makes the ride super enjoyable. Well worth the purchase.

We’ve had the Rakowe electric bike for about five months now, and it’s been a good experience. My son uses it every day, often riding with his friends, and the bike has held up well. The quality has been solid, even with the frequent use. Rakowe’s communication has also been great—they’re responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, I’d recommend Rakowe if you’re looking for a reliable electric bike, especially for kids who will really put it to use. It’s been a dependable choice for our son.

Nice looking eBike. Arrived one day earlier than estimation. It took me awhile to complete the assembly. There is a good assembly guide, but the pictures are in low resolution and small, so, in some steps, it were difficult to follow. I had to refer back to YouTube, with little success. But I finished it eventually. Now, come to power up the bike. The power key would not turn....cannot start the bike??!!.... Checked YouTube, but no help. I guessed I have to contact the seller to see if he could help. Will update once I received the answer from the seller. Wish me luck Found out that I did not need to use the start/stop key. I could enable (Turn ON/OFF) the electric bike by the remote control came with the eBike. The remote controller also activates/deactivates the alarm and also turn ON/OFF the electric motor. The 3 riding modes did not work very well. Mode 1 should be for pedaling, but it skep kicking in the electric motor as in Mode #2. Mode #3 is for full eBike. Beside those minor issues listed above, the bike filled solid. I like it so far, but I would consider it as a pure eBike. You could not use it to exercise as it electric motor kept kicking in.

The media could not be loaded. If I could give it a 0 I would. It took forever to put together. I charged the it for 6 hours, the battery indicator was green, but when I installed it nothing happened. I charged it again, and still nothing. I noticed there’s another port with a different type of plug, but it didn’t come with it. I have looked every where for a customer service number but nothing. I’m extremely upset bc my son wanted one for a while and he finally has one starring at him and it DOESN’T work!!

I got my bike and the package was messed up so I was trying to return it and everything went well. Great company. They all made sure I was happy so if you wanna get something like this, then this is a good thing to get is very fun. I’ve had any problems with it yet only had it for like a couple weeks and it’s doing pretty good. It goes pretty fast. It goes like up to 42. I don’t know the thing says like 35 I think only problem out the box for real would be the seat like the main seat cover or like the seat places like it keeps going up and down so it’s like riding up in my crotch, which I don’t like. I had to find another seat, I guess for the bike or riding it must not know what I’m doing, but besides that it’s OK so far.
