The unit is as advertised but it is very light duty. Each dolly is not even rated for one man. The lift handle is marginal at best. I used it for a couple of pieces of furniture and it is OK. If you are serious for moving a household, etc. definitely look for a heavier duty system. Make sure you look at the measurements and specs before you purchase. These dolly's seem to be well constructed, but they do not work on carpeting. When we tried to move a chair across the carpet, the dolly's tipped and dumped the furniture off of them. They were useless in trying to move the chair. They may work on hard floors like wood or cement, but not carpet.

We used them but, very slippery. Would fly out from under the furniture. But, if you could get it lined up properly it will work. I would also glue the little black insert down as it would fall out and we had to keep looking for it. Now, if a person would attach them to a 2x4 or piece of a flat board like a skateboard it would work better. Not great going around corners in tight spaces as the furniture would tip a little and dislodge. They are a good idea but, needs a little tweaking. They held big furniture as stated. ... show more

My dryer kept messing up and having to move it in and out of a small area was a lot, after I scratched my floor trying to move it I decided to try these. They work great, you do have to position them just right but they have made it so much easier to move my drier back and forth to be worked on and using these made it so much quicker than me trying to wiggle it out so that’s a plus!
