The bike came yesterday and seems to be good quality and works well. The instructions were not very good and some steps require the nuts and bolts to be arranged in a particular order but the instruction booklet is in black and white and looks like a copy of a copy making it difficult to see the order of parts. There were also a few steps that were left out ( for example the wheel is shown simply being placed on the fork but the disk brake doesn't fit inside the brake without taking the break pad apart (which isn't explained in the instructions or in any videos). The lights didn't work and after some trouble shooting we found some wires that needed to be plugged in but also weren't in the instructions. It took some figuring out how to operate boke as there were no instructions on how to operate the bike. Overall the bike is good and rides smooth but the instructions are not very good. ... show more

Super awesome bike! Love riding around town. Only the battery life is the issue. I feel any company exaggerates that point, so I would definitely upgrade if you plan on longer trips or if you ride hills. My bike came with 750w motor and I weigh 210 so uphill requires pedal assist in low mode. I don't mind that but if you want to just twist the throttle might want to go with a upgrade there too. ... show more

This bike is definitely as advertised. Can hit 30mph on level ground. Easy assembly and decent quality components. The packaging is a little skimpy which resulted in some frame scrapes and slight damage to the front rim during shipping. The weight is good, light enough to be moved around easily but heavy enough to be stable at maximum speed. The battery charge indicator button doesn't work but the LCD display has a battery status on it. It's a generic design so multiple companies sell this model. Logo on the battery and a Tan seat are the only minor differences I have seen. ... show more

    • Well worth he money!!
It’s been close to 3 weeks now with close to 50 miles driven so far and on a descent trial. Assembly: instructions could have been bit better especially on the front wheel to make the assembly more easier but for me it was not a big challenge! First impressions: really wonderful experience so far. Riding well with no major concerns or issues so far. Quality: front wheel was bit flimsy! But doing well so far with no issues. Time will tell more on the quality and durability Charging: no. Complaints so far and good! I haven’t put this to extreme tests such as lengthy ride/speed etc. works great with power assist and doing the job of jolly ride for which I brought this so far…. Update 2: working well so far with no major complaints. I tested this regularly with level 1 assist and peddling which is working great and also helps a bit with excersize. Have taken for a ride close to 6 KM once and no complaints at all….works great. Even my 13 year old daughter tried it couple of times and now she is excited to take this out quite often. May be will have to order another one soon… ... show more

    • Mind Blown! Great communication, bike and deal
After being tricked by another third party seller into buying a bike and waiting while they sent fake shipping updates, I got a refund and researched every seller along with bikes. I saw this bike and the reviews and that the seller provided a US address and gave it a shot. Bike arrived in a few days (I’m in same state as seller’s address) and I put it together by myself in an hour not really needing the instructions. I was riding it shortly after.
