I was going to shoot them down with a four star rating because I had an issue with the kickstand but after a couple hours buzzing around my town I committed to 5 stars in consideration of my overall satisfaction afterwards. I can change it later if things start falling off but at this point I just can't see that happening since this bike appears to be pretty sturdy. It's very comfortable to my 5'6", 210 lb frame yet I can imagine 6 foot riders being just as happy. The ride is very smooth with it's dual suspension but as for independant control between front wheel and rear wheel I still need to follow up on it's capabilities. I mentioned I'm heavy so only got to 31 mph throttle only. This bike I believe was a bargain for what I paid and I'm happy! Update 5-14-24; when fully charged I get 37mph afterall! It holds a charge well after hours of immature curb hoping and parkinglot and ditch surfing. I'm 63 years old and have had several ebikes but this is my first 'dual-motor'. It even peddles reasonably well when playing around without any motors. I found the bike frame I've been looking for and happy as a kid! Only con; kickstand seems to be half plastic and folded right in half! ... show more

38 mph wow! Very fun to ride ,bike has a nice feel to it….Speed is adequate to keep up in traffic for local driving in town I only complaint with the bike is the kickstand it’s too short and not very strong it feels like the bike is going to fall over assembly was very easy

Let's start with the negative. The instructions suck. You would think for 1200 dollars you could get a set of instructions on your bike not a random one for all bikes. 2nd negative the tools stink. Use good ones. Lastly it was missing a fee parts but lowes fixed that them so all good. Now for the good. This bike is amazing. The seat is super comfy and it can fly. I went 36 and I weight 270. Rode it for a half hour and the booty didn't hurt. It is heavy and the tires are massive so to me it feels really safe. I looked and looked for the perfect ebike and I think I found it. The helmet and locks are great and the mirror helps. Although I can only get one on due to lack of room. A few things I hope the manufactures look at is some kind of rack or some storage. Also foot pegs would be amazing. In conclusion if you are thinking about this bike you should pull the trigger. Well worth it. ... show more

The product looks good and everything is put it together and rode it the battery is not that powerful it says 2000w but it's not the bike with the assist it only goes to 15 miles and just electric barely 10 miles they said it is a commute bike no it's. Not the bike is too heavy to pedal without the assist the battery barely can take on the bikes weight with a passenger it won't go further then 15 miles and then when you call them for support they will call us on what's app and we will help you fix it after purchased a brand new one for 1300 dollars it's worthless and there return policy is very difficult do not buy if you do not want the hassle very very rude seller and no help on return for the value it is worthless ... show more

I purchased two of these bikes about 2-3 weeks ago. I was worried with only 1 review at the time but took a chance and am glad I did. I was going to buy a more expensive bike from a website that lets you customize them but when I got the grand total (almost double the cost of these) and was told there was a 6-8 week lead time on delivery I started looking for other options. I stumbled across this bike and decided worst case I can probably return them. So far, I am extremely happy with the bikes. Me and my wife have been riding them around and having a blast. They are VERY solidly built and have huge tires which makes you feel more stable than a regular size tire. I've gotten up to 30 MPH on mine and haven't tried to go faster as that was plenty of speed for me. If I were to make one Complaint it would be the lack of instructions. There are instructions but they warn that they are "not in the correct order for putting the bike together and you should follow their YouTube video" I tried to find this YouTube video but to my knowledge it doesn't exist. I found the company searched their videos and found other products but not this one. Luckily, I found the assembly to be pretty straight forward an obvious but someone with less skills might struggle and could get frustrated by the lack of good instructions. If anything changes Ill update this review but so far I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more
