Beautiful and amazingly comfortable. I thought it would be very heavy and difficult to ride without the pedal assist but it is smooth and easy to maneuver. With the electric system turned on is a light motorcycle with good response and acceleration. It reaches 31 miles/hr and the different power levels increase in ranges of 6 miles/hr each. After an issue with the FedEx delivery, the supplier was always supportive and following up the case to solve it. Packaging and quality of components are excellent. I had to watch an unboxing video to properly unpack and assemble the bike. The user manual needs a little bit of improvement to describe the operation of the different features of the bike,but the bike is GREAT!!! I hope it stays reliable and durable. ... show more

So far so good bike is amazing lots of power I was worried about steep dirt hills that you walk up but the bike went up no problem & is a comfortable stable ride

Retired USA E8 and am 70 years old. Ride cross country and had to switch to an electric bike since having a knee replacement. Rode 30.54 miles today at level 3 with an average speed of 17.3 mph and 1:45 minutes. These are country roads in Texas and have a mixture of flat and hills roads which all are paved. At the end of the ride I still had two dots left on the battery monitor. The first time I rode I really pressed it and rode on level 5 going 23 to 36 mph depending if it was uphill or flat road. Went about 20 miles with the lights on and still had 1 dot left on the battery monitor. The instructions that come with the bike are poorly written and don't give trouble shootiing pointers in case you run into a snag. Not really that hard to assemble. Great bike!!! ... show more

    • Falling apart after 1800 miles
This bike is CRAP!!! I live in Florida. The flattest state next to maybe the flats in Utah. This bike is advertised as a mountain bike. Can take a 40 degree climb. Yada yada yada. It couldn't handle the sidewalks in Florida! The right pedal bolt snapped in half mid ride. The rear motor burned out. The battery is already half dead, and fixing either one is a third of a new bike. This is the second bike I've burned through in a year. They're all junk! ... show more

Positive: So many compliments. Very impressed with quality and performance. Easily assembled. Solidly built. Great value for the price. Negative: No operational instructions ie settings controls etc. Still learning how to make adjustments and manipulate display. Positioning is too aggressive; Forward leaning is difficult for older riders. Will be replacing seat with a softer one. But, overall an awesome bike. ... show more

The Ebike is durable, stylish and comfortable to ride. In addition the battery life allows me to ride all day and return in the late evening. The customer service is great, answered all questions and helped me replace a few parts based no fault of my own. If you can get your hands on one of these Ebikes I definitely recommend it.     • Excellent E-Bike & Excellent Seller Service
I recently received a SMLRO V3PLUS via an excellent Black Friday deal, and I'm very happy with the bike. For many years I was an avid dirt biker and as advancing age made that hobby increasingly difficult, I took up mountain biking. As even that became difficult for me, I decided to switch to an e-bike to enable me to get out & enjoy the woods & trails still. The SMLRO V3PLUS has definitely served me well. To get exercise, I typically run it in PAS 0, 1, or 2, and battery life has been excellent (65+ mi in cold weather). I've had no mechanical nor reliability issues. My only concern has been the rather stiff 1200 lb HLT rear shock that came on the bike. I'm rather light (< 70 kg) and the OEM shock was overly stiff. I contacted Chris @ Geartist.com, who was very helpful in addressing my concerns and in arranging for me to obtain an 850 lb shock that would fit the bike and soften the ride a bit. Delivery of the bike was timely; service/consultation from Geartist was swift & appropriate; and the bike itself has functioned beautifully. It's hard to see how I could expect more! ... show more
