Kudos for good customer service! My bike arrived partially assembled but unfortunately had a bent front fork. I emailed them pictures, they sent me a new fork. No questions or hassle.. The shipping distance delayed my completing the assembly for a couple of weeks, but the replacement part arrived as quick as it could. Generally, putting it together was pretty straightforward. I did have to refer to a random video on how to adjust the cable for the front brakes, no big deal. Did the whole assembly alone, with the front end of the bike briefly held aloft by balancing the handlebars across 2 dining chairs while I mounted the front tire and adjusted the front disc brake. They provided 3 Allen wrenches. Only tools I needed were scissors to cut long tails from zip ties and a Phillips head screwdriver to secure the rear reflector to the seat post. It rides well. I pedalled it around the neighborhood with the power turned off, and it rode like any big heavy 5 speed bike. Completely fine on the flats, a bit of an effort on hills but not tragic bc the gears are well chosen. I'm a senior over 200 lbs, in medium physical shape. Riding the bike was fine without power. Turning on the juice was easy. Initially the assist mode seemed kind of jerky, but really, that was just user error as I learned the art of subtlety. I never felt like the machine was doing more or less than I intended. And boy was it nice to accelerate out of a stop sign and go up a hill without breaking a sweat. Although the manual offers many ways to tweak the electronics, the factory settings suit me just fine. Overall, looks like this bike will serve me well in my Midwest town of rolling hills. Yay!

I’ve been using the Trevalix TX01 e-bike mainly for exercise and trail riding, and overall I’m happy with it. The pedal assist works well, the bike is comfortable for longer rides, and the battery life has been solid for my daily rides. It makes it easy to ride farther than I normally could while still getting a good workout. The bike arrived with some shipping damage, including issues with the front wheel and spokes, which required a trip to a local bike shop for repairs. Customer service did work with me regarding the repair costs, but the shipping damage was definitely frustrating. After getting everything fixed, the bike rides smoothly, handles paved trails well, and has been a lot of fun to use. For the price, it offers good value, especially if you’re looking for an affordable e-bike for commuting, fitness, or recreational riding. Pros: • Good pedal assist system • Comfortable ride • Solid battery life • Great value for the price Cons: • Shipping/assembly quality control could be better • Required repairs immediately after delivery Overall, I would recommend it, but I suggest checking everything carefully after delivery and having a local bike shop inspect it if anything seems off.

very bad unsafe bike DON'T BUY THIS! The front wheel don't have the right size bolts and is so hard to put on. You almost cant even use a socket wrench on it! And you have to sqeeze the forks together just to even get the wheel on at all! And the hadlebars are not adjustable, either is the seat but you can raise or lower the seat it has very little adjustment room front to back. And lets not forget the front disc brake is really hard to mount right! If you don't get it just right it will rub! So this really sucks. I really wanted an e-bike but this one is the worst i have ever bought. Just saying. Do your self a favor and DON'T BUY THIS. Find something else. Hopfully made in america....

I got the version with the torque sensor, as this feature is very important to me. I rode another brand with just the cadence sensor and it felt more like a motorbike than a bicycle, as the motor ran at one speed regardless of how hard I pedaled. The torque sensor on this bike works well though it is not as smooth as on a $2,000 bike, and the motor is not as strong, but of course this one costs much less. The assembly instructions were very clear with good pictures and it took me less than an hour. in short, a real bargain but not comparable to more expensive e-bikes. I have ordered another one.
