I really wanted to love this bike, but unfortunately after only a few weeks of ownership, it has had multiple ongoing issues. The front tire has repeatedly gone flat, requiring the inner tube and tire to be replaced three separate times. On top of that, the front motor has now stopped working entirely. The bike has also never reached its advertised speed of 35 mph. In fact, anything above 20 mph causes noticeable rattling and makes the ride feel unsafe. This is especially concerning given that the rider weighs around 100 lbs, which is well below the bike’s stated maximum capacity. This bike was intended for daily use, but it has not been reliable enough to serve that purpose. The repeated repairs have also become costly, adding to the overall frustration. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The product has not performed as advertised, and after four weeks of ownership, it has been ridden fewer than ten times due to these ongoing problems. I would recommend saving your money and choosing a more reliable option. ... show more

I don't know who edited my initial review, but MY experience is as follows: I got this bike in November. After I noticed the throttle assembly wasn't working, the seller sent me a new one. A few weeks later the battery had some problems. Again, the seller sent me a new one. Then the rear shock broke, and yet again, the seller sent me a replacement. I don't know who has had any problems with this company, but they need to stop hacking other people's reviews to get their opinions stated. I absolutely love my bike, and I use it daily.
