The media could not be loaded. I wish I had this bike sooner instead of my slow jetson bolt pro from Costco. This bike is not only faster, has 3 speeds so I can introduce them to the different speeds without them hurting themselfs, and it comes with a security system most bikes don’t even consider, not to mention the bag they gave me with it, another whole purchase saved because this amazing bike. And it has a phone holder that charges your phone. Just need to buy a phone charger which I don’t mind considering it could be any phone that a buyer has. I haven’t even mentioned the bike itself yet. My friend has a $1200 scooter with a seat and and when I told him it was only $480 for my entire price including shipping and taxes, he was astounded he had spent so much on a scooter that doesn’t even have a horn like mine. This bike goes 22mph though when you go downhill even a slight one, it goes 25 which is a fun ride. I’ve rode around my neighborhood with my girlfriend on the back. Together we weigh 302 and the bike did slow down but didn’t kill the battery fast. Around 4-5 laps it started to loose one battery. Plus we never fell thanks to the amazing suspension. Those are the best suspension ever on any bike the way they literally handle everything. The extra weight towed but it took it like a champ still going faster then my bolt pro, at 19 mph. Amazing bike with amazing performance. I fit perfectly on the bike as the seat is adjustable. And the assembly took me only 5 minutes tho I was excited so that’s slowed me down. And using the bike with the key is just so fun. The alarm system is so loud I can’t even show my friends without being worried someone will think an actual car is going off. 10/10 bike. If you want a first bike this one goes above and beyond, the price is better then any. I do want a faster bike, but this one gets me to work and the phone holder plus the bag makes it crazy convenient especially considering I have a trail that leads to most places I need to go. Thank god I bought this bike and not the same model that’s slower and more expensive. And the battery last a good while, I won’t charge it for days and still make it to work and back ... show more

Impressed with quality, suspension comfort and sufficient braking power along with a very reasonable price point $380. Fast delivery. Foldable, easy battery removal and the cute factor draws comments. Though I have a garage, I have it in my apartment as an art piece.

    • Super Price. It's range is about 10 miles to 1/3 charge remaining.

Assembly was 1 hr. They setup in about 45 minutes. They are short and small (not recommended for men over 5'7"). This compact size will be great for folding and transport in small car spaces. The speed is usually about 24+ MPH and after the first mile that slows to about 22+ MPH. The brakes are very light so ride with caution to stop before having accidents. The seat is comfortable. The horn is loud and the little light is adequate. No turn signals. The little cargo bag is held with velcro attached to a frame clipped behind the handlebars. This is slightly useful for light (1 lb or less) items because it comes loose. There is a convenient smartphone clip installed on the handlebar. I bought a extended warrantee because I think they will not be long without problems. I like that there are shock absorbers all around. It is fast enough to get the rider into trouble so keep off the street. It is easy to dismount and the weight is not much. ... show more

When the bike arrived, I put everything together. There seemed to be a defect on the metal bar that connects the shock absorbers. I wasn't sure and thought it was supposed to be like that. I took it out on it's first ride and that piece that seemed defective broke and caused me to have an accident which I'm still having issues from. I've contacted the sellers with no response. Very poorly made. After a week of use, a strange noise appeared in the motor wheel, as if something had broken off and was rattling while riding. After a few weeks, rust started to appear. The rear brake is also not good. The bike is very heavy.
