I ordered my bike on 4-10-24, they said it would be there by the 23rd, but it came early on the 18th. The box was damaged luckily no real damage except the seat had a small hole in it. I tried going through Amazon 3 times with no answer. Then I give up and contacted the company about my seat and now a price difference on the bike. Within one email less than a HR. They were sending me a new seat and give me back the difference on the price. I was amazed. Wow, they are great. Now today after getting my new helmet from Lumos ( which is a great helmet too) and a little break in the weather l got to ride it. Oh my gosh, what a amazing bike. Absolutely perfect for me. I'm looking so forward to riding it this summer. It really is a good looking and great bike to ride, very easily at that. No sure how the battery will do, I have no doubt it will be just as good. This is my first e-bike. It arrived well packaged and was very well padded. Directions seem to be pretty straightforward and easy to follow. the front wheel was somewhat tricky getting between the forks and installed but it was smooth sailing after that. It also came with all the tools required for assembly. This bike is solid, well designed and thought out and has TONS of power with both motors engaged. Good grip on the road and the struts are nice for cushioning the bumps. Initial battery charge took about 9 hours. make sure to get a helmet and be ready for a fun ride! ... show more

I bought this bike to use for deer and duck hunting in my area in Mississippi. Bike will go around 20 miles on a full charge with weaving in and out of trees and mud holes. Dual Motor makes the mud and hills a breeze. I would advise putting electrical tape around connections and battery’s as well if you plan to use in wetlands/puddle areas. Also advise liners to avoid tire popping if running through the woods. All in All a great bike and purchase. ... show more

I hate that I have to write this because the bike is really nice. I bought it for commuting, Good breaks, comfortable to ride, I'm 6'3", In the beginning it was terrifying but that is just how fast the acceleration is when both motors are on. I bought it as a commuter vehicle, 13 miles to work and back home. With the hills we have it doesn't make it to work. Then the other thing is that the second time I tried to go to work it actually did make it further than 7 miles on a full charge while I actually pedaled like crazy. Bike it going back. ... show more

Just put it together and it was ready to rip. And I tell u this thing rips. So. So far so good. Real test will be the next couple months. Happy as hell as of rn. So a year later I’ve had break problems and I went to local shops to have it fixed and they said they won’t work on cheap Amazon bikes. So I ordered the parts directly from Ebycco and installed them myself. I got to say first of all. The cheep screws they use made it hard. They pretty much all stripped. But with a little help of a dremil I squared two sides of each and vice griped them out and replaced them with stainless. The system they sold me was a complete break system ready to install with rotors. Very happy. I’m totally satisfied still cuz it still rips and I realize every part is replaceable. Is like a big Lego set. Luv it. I use it every day to go fishing at very dense woods locations. Even using both motors I still outlast every expensive e-bike. Can’t sing my praises enough. I love this bike and ride it every chance I get. It's FAST. I'm just over 300 lbs and with both motors enabled I can get up to 43 MPH without issue, which I had to try of course. I have the speed limit set to 28 and typically use one motor, unless I know I need some extra acceleration. My biggest motivation behind this bike was adding the option for exercise. I have a totally wrecked right knee. Acceleration is my biggest issue and this bike easily let me get over that. I almost exclusively use pedal assist, unless I am in a real hurry. I've put about 400 miles on this bike and I'm very satisfied. Battery life is decent, especially when you use a single motor and pedal assist. The longest single ride I've completed was probably 25 miles, and I used maybe 40% of the battery. My local terrain is generally flat. Truthfully, I need to tune the pedal assist so it's less sensitive and places more demand on pedaling and therefore more motion is transferred from the pedals to the wheels. Love it, l would like it better if I could get it a way from my son, but he rides it every day to school (several miles ) and we live in the country and no bus service, l use it to go look at logging jobs and it works great and move equipment by myself, some times 10-15 miles and don't need a second person to give me a ride back. ... show more
