Absolutely love this bike, for context I recently moved to an area with a lot of low traffic streets and nature trails. I first started with an electric scooter ( gotrax model ) and I had so much fun. But I wanted something with more power and range and after a few months I decided to buy this bike and it did not disappoint. The features are simple, 7 gear selector, included bell, power level buttons from low to high with a 5 red light battery gauge, bike comes with brake lines attached already, just install seat and wheels. I recommend adding some air as well. FIRST thing you need to do is replace the seat, the included seat is unfortunately very uncomfortable which I won’t reduce the score by as a simple 15$ separate seat purchase is perfect. Other than that this bike is great, peaking speeds at 20MPH on high, i recommend using the medium speed and gear 3 for straight road cruising. Battery life is perfect for what i need it for, sometimes battery gauges on these things can be deceptive for example if you ride this up a hill using high power, your battery bar may reduce from 5 to 3 and stay that way for a little bit, making you think you just lost a lot of power, don’t worry the battery gauge is more of a prediction rather than actual gauge, it thinks that surge of power is constant when it’s not so the battery actually goes back UP to max shortly after. I’ve taken this bike on flat concrete roads and dirt roads, handles everything perfectly fine, this is definitely a starter E bike in terms of recreation, I don’t use this for commuting. In terms of pricing I got mine for around 550$ and make to pay monthly , in my opinion this bike is not worth 550$ however given the Amazon no interest payments that sold it for me. As far as the designs go I got the light blue with sort of a sparkle effect, it’s very subtle and I like it. One final amazing detail is the fact that the battery can be removed from the bike via included 2 keys, so when I get home, I put my bike away and take the battery inside to charge. Please never charge your battery when you are not home, lots of e bike batteries causing fires lately, I’ve observed the included charger is good, the black box on the charger does get hot, never hot enough to damage or set fire to the floor however if you were to have this black box on a piece of paper that’s dangerous, so for me I make sure when I charge my battery it’s when I’m constantly around the house to monitor it, good habit with all e bike batteries is to never charge when you aren’t home ... show more

After researching email bikes, I expected the battery to be the issue. But for this bike it was the control. Right from the start it would have trouble turning on. After a couple months I put bike up for the winter, when I got it out for the spring the battery charged fine but the control wouldn't turn on. I am giving the 1 star because it lasted less than 6 months, and because of customer service. They had a form which askes for email and phone and a phone number. I purchased this Multijoy 26" E bike for my wife because it was smaller and lighter than the electric Bike that I use. The sleek off road tires make riding on different terrains a breeze. It does come in a decent sized box but that is because there are not many pieces to assemble and it only took 15 minutes or so before it was up and running. The 36V battery does require about 4 hours of charge before use. The price is very reasonable for a bike of this quality. The aluminum frame is durable yet makes it very easy to handle and lift if necessary weighing in at about 50lbs. She was afraid of riding downhill at first but having front and rear disc brakes made her feel safer. The brakes do not require you to apply a lot of pressure to slow yourself. There is a Led display that shows the power level and allows you to adjust the speed level to low, medium or high as well as an option to have the display on but not have the pedal assist active. You also have a gear shift box on the right that shows the 7-speed transmission system. When using pedal assist one turn of the pedal sends you off and it is effortless to continue moving at high speeds even when going up a hill. This is important to us as we live in a very hilly area. If you do get too tired on a long or hilly ride you can just switch to full electric mode and relax. It will whiz you through the neighborhood without any pedaling needed. We have been riding all over for a few days and the battery has not needed to be recharged yet. When it does come time to recharge you can plug the charger right into the battery while it is on the bike but we find it really convenient that we can use the key provided to pop off the battery and bring just the battery inside to charge. Two keys are provided with the E Bike to remove the battery so you can keep one on you and one in the house in a safe space. What struck me about this Bike is it does not have the appearance of an E Bike at all, It is very sleek and the battery blends in seamlessly with the frame. The battery itself is not huge either yet lasts just as long, if not longer than any other E Bike. If for some reason your battery were to die while you are out riding you can still just pedal it home like a normal bike which helps your peace of mind. However I would not recommend letting that battery completely die if you can help it as it is bad for it. Overall this was a great purchase and anyone that may need a smaller framed bike would benefit from this one. It is easy for a petite woman 5'2" to get on and off from and the shock suspension makes it comfortable for longer rides. I’ve had this Electric Bike for about two weeks now and honestly it’s been a pleasant surprise, I wasn’t expecting such a polished ride for the price. Right out of the box the bike looks a lot cleaner in person than in photos because the battery is tucked into the frame; that “hidden” battery design really gives it a streamlined feel and cuts down on that bulky e-bike look. The motor (350W nominal, higher at peak) gives a solid push when you need it, starting from lights or taking short hills I never felt like I had to kick-pedal hard for help. I live in a slightly hilly neighborhood and use the Electric Bike for the 6–8 mile loop to the grocery store a few times a week. With moderate pedal assist I routinely get the bike into the high teens mph and I’ve seen it touch near the 20mph mark on flat stretches. The 7-speed cassette makes it easy to switch from lazy neighborhood cruising to a faster road pace without hunting for the right gear. The front fork suspension soaks up the worst of the cracked sidewalk edges and those potholey approach ramps at the park, it’s not an enduro rig, but for everyday commuting and weekend rides it’s comfortable. Battery life has matched my needs so far. I remove the battery to charge it in the kitchen (much easier than dragging the whole bike into the house), and on PAS mode my rides of 12–15 miles haven’t put me anywhere near empty, the spec pages claim up to ~35 miles in PAS, and while I haven’t pushed for a full real-world range test yet, that estimate seems plausible for mixed-assist use. The removable pack is also reassuring if you need to store it indoors or swap batteries later. Assembly took me about 45–60 minutes using only the basic tools in the box and a set of Allen keys I already had. The instructions could be a hair clearer in one or two spots, but nothing technical, I tightened the handlebars, attached the front wheel and pedals, adjusted the seat, and did a quick safety check. Customer service info and warranty details are listed on the manufacturer site, which is nice to have for peace of mind. Final take: if you want an attractive, practical e-bike for commuting and weekend rides that won’t break the bank, this is a very strong contender. It balances power, decent range and everyday comfort and the hidden battery + clean welding really makes it look more expensive than it is. If you’re picky about component-level mountain performance you might want to step up to a pricier model, but for most urban and suburban riders this bike delivers a lot of value.
