Bike came very well packaged and mostly assembled. Front tire, handlebars and a few accessories require installation with tools that are included. I purchased this in December and with a 50-degree day yesterday, I was able to take it out for about a 12-mile spin. The bike seems very sturdy, rides vary smoothly and soft over bumps in the trail. Pedal assist worked great up hills and against the wind making the ride very pleasant. Folding the bicycle helps a lot with storage and transportation. I will probably not get much more time on the bicycle until Spring, however the first ride was great.

3 Days in and Absolutely LOVING the R5 pro, SIMPLE to put together and very well built bike,solid top to bottom , even the nice detail on the sprocket that matches the shock cross bars looks awesome in person , plenty of power had to go up a few hills here by my house to wear the battery down for first full charge , and this thing handled them with no problem,all power no assist , it also comes with a super comfortable seat and has like a 2 inch air vent going through the seat, super cool!!! I did not put the rack on or the headlight and I got to 29 miles an hour and I weigh 160 pounds felt like I was flying,super sturdy no wobbles also has a super cool LCD display trip meter,odometer, speedometer,very impressed and highly recommend !!!!! It reminds me of the cross between a 125 cc dirtbike and a regular mountain bike except this thing can go anywhere legally and doesn’t have a big loud motor , like i said 3 days in and absolutely loving this bike and very impressed with the quality…

We ordered the bike and had some difficulty getting it delivered. However, we did contact the seller and they stayed in constant communication with us regarding delivery and even followed up with us within an hour of us signing for the bike. We got the bike home and put it together. One of the fenders was damaged and a rear view mirror was damaged. The seller stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process of assembling and testing the bike. Within a day they had shipped out replacements for the damaged pieces. I really can not say enough about how impressed we are with the response times and assistance we have received from the seller. It’s a level of customer service that is hard to find and we would absolutely purchase from them again because they are there to support you and make sure you have what you need and you are satisfied with the product. Now for the bike: please don’t ignore other reviews that warn this bike is BIG. It’s huge. And it’s heavy. I’m 5’ 11 and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who is much shorter. It really is more like an electric dirt bike than anything else! And it’s fun! The big tires make the ride more stable and give some extra confidence to the rider. The bike has some serious get up and go power. The battery seems to be working really well and it’s beautiful to look at at! I’ve had it on smooth pavement, dirt bike tracks, rocky mtb trails, steep climbs and steep declines. Be careful on the downward slopes, the weight of the bike makes it go faster then you might be comfortable with. But the brakes work well and the bike is generally very easy to maintain control over. The cons: the mid suspension is very stiff and almost like not having it at all. This isn’t going to be an issue for commuters or beach riders but trail riders, dirt track riders and MTB riders are going to notice. The user manual could be more clear and easier to understand but with a little work it’s something that can be figured out. I do wish the tail light was on the back of the actual bike because it’s part of the seat stem and can not be seen from behind if you have a bag attached to the rear rack. We will have to buy a light for the back at some point to make up for this. Overall: I would buy this bike again. It works perfectly for what we wanted and needed. The customer service can’t be beat. I would recommend it to my friends and family as well. I would not let my kids ride it. Even though my 13 yr old is a competitive mountain biker. It’s got a little too much get up and go and it’s a little too heavy for him to control.

Just received the R5 Pro. The packaging was great and the bike was very easy to assemble. The bike is very well made. After a short ride I did need to make a small adjustment to the front disk brake. Easy fix and really enjoyed second ride. I purchased the bike to use for deer hunting and I am sure it will do the job. Great bike and I love it.

After a year of riding, I wanted to leave my experience. The bike is fine, it is relatively easy to put together, and to learn how to ride. The battery lasts pretty long, and the speed is great! however, there are missing items. the description says you get an extra battery pack... YOU DO NOT. also the description says you get two saddle packs, you do not. The cost for the dual motor is a bit high given what's out there now. Also this thing is HEAVY! do not get it if you have stairs that you'll have to carry the bike up and down.
