I’ve been riding this 26" step-thru electric bike for almost a month now and have logged just over 120 miles, mostly on paved city streets, neighborhood roads, and a few light gravel paths. My typical ride is a 6–8 mile round-trip commute with a few gradual hills and one slightly steeper incline. Real-World Riding Experience : ----------------------------------- On flat pavement, the bike feels stable and predictable. The 1000W peak motor engages smoothly in both pedal assist and pure electric mode. There’s a slight, natural delay (a fraction of a second) before pedal assist kicks in, but it feels controlled rather than abrupt. On moderate hills, I’ve found that using pedal assist with a lower gear from the 7-speed system keeps the ride steady and comfortable. In my usage, riding mostly in pedal assist mode at moderate settings, I’ve been getting close to the advertised range - roughly 35–45 miles depending on terrain and how often I rely on throttle. Using throttle more frequently does reduce the range, which is expected. The 48V removable battery has been convenient to charge indoors, and it locks firmly into place without any rattle during rides. Build Quality & Materials : ------------------------------ The frame feels solid and well-balanced. The welds are smooth, and the paint finish has held up well so far with no noticeable chips despite regular use. The step-thru design makes mounting and dismounting easy, especially when using the rear rack for a backpack or groceries. Cable routing is tidy and mostly integrated, which gives the bike a clean appearance and keeps wiring protected. After 120+ miles, I haven’t noticed any loose connections or shifting in components. Switching between the five working modes (Pure Electric, Pedal Assist, Normal Bike, Cruise, and Booster) is straightforward using the handlebar controls. Great bike so far we have rode the bikes about 30 Miles so far without any issues. The assembly was easy and straight forward. My complaint are 1: The seat is uncomfortable (250lb male). 2: The bikes are pretty heavy. They weigh probably around 60 lb without the batteries in them with the rear of the bike being the heaviest part you definitely don't want to be picking them up and hanging them on a wall All the adjustments features feel durable. The assist is a little different from the way a mid motor electric bike feels either it's assisting a lot or not at all the throttle really helps with adjusting the assist amount. The throttle is also capped by what level of assist you're looking to achieve. For example, if the assist amount is set to three the throttle will max out at 12 mph if the assist is set to level five the throttle will max out at 22 mph.

I have conflicted feelings regarding this e-bike. I love how far the battery can take you in a single charge, I rode it for 6 hours with little to no peddle assist and at the EOD even though the battery bar was at 0 the bike still kept going!!!!!! I was/am impressed by the distance and speed it can do especially going up hill. My negative feelings are thee bike was a great till it slowly began falling apart and breaking. The left handle bar brake does not work, and when it does it makes an awful noise, the adjustable seat cannot be adjusted, the wires are a great bother to hide and easily accessible to anyone, the front tire screw is cheap and comes unscrewed after a while - just a day ago whilst going 15 mph my front tire came undone. Since I’ve gotten this bike I have enjoyed the great amount of time I save on travel but I have also been in almost 2 accidents so far because of the faulty brake system, and the loose screws and overall cheapness of the bike. Customer Service will waste your time by having you send pictures back-and-forth of the bike over the course of days with little to notice. I feel like they’re just running down the clock until we get past the 30 day refund policy. So far with this bike, the right handlebar brake does not work, the seat is non-adjustable and I was told by Customer Service I would need to buy an item to fix the bike myself, the front tire completely detached from the bike while riding it because of the cheap front screw, the brakes make a horrible screeching noise, the front light is absolutely pathetic in the night, the tires deflate very easily, and overall, I regret buying this bike. I thought a $300 bike would be great for my first bike, but I was absolutely wrong. It’s cheap. It falls apart and you’re better off just buying a full price one with actual Customer Service Assistance.
