Wow. What a gorgeous ebike! I took it for a test run around the neighborhood and instantly some of my neighbors ran out and complimented on how beautiful the ebike looks. I am very pleased with the performance and was able to go past 32 mph with another person in the back. It has a very big and bright LED display. Don't worry about riding it at night. The LED headlight is super bright and has left and right turn signals in the back. Best of all, the ebike is very affordable.

Updated review! There was an error and a glitch in which four bikes were purchased instead of two. We tried to correct it immediately, but the transaction had already gone through. We're now trying to return two of them, but the shipping labels provided were incorrect. Both packages were logged at 110 lbs, and UPS refused to take them because the labels didn't match their requirements. Two bikes needed two separate labels, one of one and one of one for each package not one shipping label the same for both! We called Amazon to review and they confirmed that it was the one label for both items. We requested new labels but were told customer service would respond within 48 hours. There’s no direct number to call, just one listed on the website that goes to voicemail. Now, we're stuck with two massive bikes at UPS that they won’t accept, and I have to haul them back home. If you're selling high-ticket items like this, there needs to be an actual, accessible customer service option, not just email support because issues like this do happen and need real-time solutions!! Not only was our time wasted but UPS time was wasted. Also, the return instructions did not make sense. It tells you to take it to a UPS store to return, but then lower on the instructions. It tells you to take it to a FedEx location. Someone needs to look at the return instructions and make sure they’re correct and more concise! To say that I am beyond frustrated would be an understatement right now! I understand that things happen but again there should be a real time customer service option! Happy Run? More like Unhappy Build The Happy Run E-Bike really lives up to its name assuming the “happy” part is a reference to how the bike might make you feel once it’s finally built! Let’s start with the instruction manual. The cover photo, looks like the same bike, sort of! They must have changed the body style on the G52 and didn’t update the manual.. Need to install the light? The foot pedals? The battery monitor? Too bad! The manual cuts off before getting to those parts. Had to look at the pictures in the reviews to see how they had the light mounted. If you enjoy guessing how pieces fit together this is the kit for you! On the bright side we got it assembled! We will take them for a spin and hoping for a smooth ride! Other than the manual so far we are satisfied. Will add a photo of the bike later.

I will update my review in a month to let you know how it’s gone. Upon opening it looked great. Put bike together and as I was looking it over, where the wire goes into the plastic casing of the throttle has a sizeable crack exposing the wires a little. Just emailed support so we shall see how that goes. I still drove it and I’m pretty impressed, not nearly as sturdy as a more expensive e-bike but it is still pretty smooth. I was able to hit 32mph with throttle only. Drove it around for about an hour and it hasn’t even lost a bar. Brakes work well. I’ll need to make some adjustments so I don’t hear it scraping, but I was expecting something minor like that. Easy to configure but for someone that doesn’t know as much look at the photo to where the light goes, the usual manual is eh for the larger aspects but doesn’t give detail to what all is sent. It has a nice kickstand. You also get a child back rest for the back of the bike. Seat is comfortable. It’s 3 stars due to the damage upon delivery if it gets handled I could easily give the performance pretty great. Battery came mostly charged and locks which is awesome. I got 2 sets of keys.

Watched all reviews on YouTube. Looked like a Great Bike. Man was I wrong. Not my First Rodeo putting Ebikes together. Front Tire was flat. Bought a compressor and put 15 lbs in it. 3 minutes later I heard a loud explosion. The tube blew up. Had to buy a new tube from Amazon. Next after charging battery and connecting all the wires no power. Will not turn on lights. Will not start. No Nothing. I called Amazon 15 times to try and get this resolved. No help at all. I contacted Happy Run I bet over 15 times with Less than Zero Support. Jason is the Worst Rep Every at Happy Run. Will not return calls or emails or texts. Amazon is Worse than Jason. Never Been treated so badly my whole life. I canceled payment plan with Afirm. All I wanted was to have a replacement sent and I would send this one back.

Bike come in damaged. Headlight missing mounting bracket and the gear cover broken. After a few days riding it the throttle is broken. Not what I expected.

The quality of this bike is great. It came in a huge box and assembly was straight forward and had it built in about 30 minutes. After getting a full charge, the battery last a decent amount of time for being a 18 Amp Hour. The suspension is amazing compared to my dad's Ridstar. The Ridstar does weigh about 10lbs less than the G52 though. The mechanical brakes work well but wasn't sure if they were suppose to be mechanical or hydraulic. The manual mentions which models have hydraulic brakes and which dont but the G52 was not mentioned. The only other issue is that I received a different headlight than what is shown. My bike looks completely different because the headlight is mounted on the fender. The bike does hit 32 mph and has a limiter than can be set to 28mph or 32mph. Im giving 4 stars because of the brake confusion and because of the headlight location/style. The bike would have a better appeal to it if it had the headlight mounted as shown in the pictures. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and haven't had any real mechanical or technical issues. Would recommend
