I also had a issue with the tires, you must fill them slowly and definitely not to 30psi like the tire states, mine exploded. I have not heard back from the email the paperwork said to message about it. It runs really well and was super fun.

We’re just this bike as a replacement to my Engwe Pro-2 after I had an accident back in October did a lot of research and finally landed on this step through bike. Start by reading the manual there was good information, especially about charging the battery. The battery charged relatively quickly. Only took a few hours. Packaging was great, shipping was fantastic. Came by FedEx. Just know that you need to have someone there to sign for the package when it arrives. We did not and so we had to wait a second day before they could return through. Deliver the bike and get the signature. Love the light mint color bike however there is a very deep gas in one area of the bike near the left side pedal. but I guess it comes with shipping items thing shift not everything gets covered by bubble wrap and things happen. My only other problem with the bike is the sidewall of the tire states that it should be aired up to 30 psi, however, at approximately 27 psi the inner tube burst. Now I need to wait for a new one before I can ride this bike. So I’m a little bummed out at this point. I did look on Line. They range between 15 to 30 on most fat tire bike bikes of this dimension so I may go to 20 psi for now in fact that’s what I did in the back tire and it did not pop and seems to be quite firm. So hopefully that’s a good starting point and I can add more air as the inner tube stretches during normal use. Overall, I’m excited to try and ride this bike. If I have any updates, I will do that at a later date. Overall, I’m satisfied and can’t wait to get a new inner tube and get this thing out on the road. If I have anything new to add, I will update this review later. Bonus it came with a backseat if you wanted to take a second rider. But seeing as I am a fluffy lady, I probably will not be taking a second person with me.

Received on 12/8/25. I was on the fence about purchasing this model for my wife and I to use. However, I put it together immediately and went for a ride and was very impressed at the build quality and ride comfort. The assembly took me about an hour and a half because I’m OCD about spacing/torque specs/scratches. But it could have been done sooner. I have about 20 miles on it already within 24 hours because it’s so comfortable! I spec’d out multiple commuter/cargo bikes as we really wanted one to carry our daughter on. But I kept landing back on this one after days of research. The battery life, uphill torque, ease of switching from pedaling to assist, ease of assembly, and overall looks have proven so far to be the best value for the money. I’ll also note that I am 6’4” and 230 pounds and it’s still a comfy ride. Coming in a couple hundred dollars cheaper than comparable bikes is also appealing. The icing on the cake was that it comes with flat passenger footpegs so my kiddo feels secure on the back. I could go on and on about this bike but I am so happy that we purchased this model. I’ll post again should anything negative happen but right now I have no complaints.

Awesome E bike! So far so good. This is my first e bike . Shipping was very fast. Everything needed to assemble the bike was packed with the bike. I was hesitant about buying one. This is the perfect bike for e bike especially for beginners. It’s easy to function . It’s also smooth and fast . I haven’t tested all levels yet and it’s fast. Haven’t road very far yet to test battery life .The quality of the bike is very good. If you are on the fence about purchasing a E bike I would recommend getting this bike.
