The Ebike arrived right on time, the package was nice and safe. The Ebike was packed very well, I was actually pretty impressed. It came with all of the tools needed to finish the installation of the handle bar, front fender and front wheel. The installation was easy enough to do. After assembling the bike, charged the battery and took it for a ride, nice and comfy, and it does reach 35 mph for those who are wondering. Over all happy with my order and bike so far. The Positives: Significantly better than my last ebike as it is taller and rides better. Not to mention all the little nice things, like a turn signal and bigger headlight. The battery was only half charged so we'll see how that goes later on. It is definitely quite fast, I reached over 30MPH, which is much faster than I need. 😅 (all 7 gears shift nicely too) You're given plenty of tools. The Negatives: the (*English) instructions for assembly aren't very clear, and what is worse is the assembly ones are the clearest instructions, I still don't know if I am suppose to use the battery until it is below 20% then charge it or never go below 20% before charging it. Putting the two arms for the headlight was a huge pain as the tool for it is too fat to keep a hold if the nut. (I had to use tools that I already had to finish it) One of the sticky pads for the arms for the headlight fell off and stuck to the bag of tools, ripping it wide open and almost ruining all of the stickiness. (Picture) Some odd things: I really wish the instructions had better pictures and that it told me to put the kickstand on first. 😑 The picture of the display on amazon has 4 modes, mine only switches between 3. The back of the display has scratches on both connections. (Picture)

Bike came fast and safe, no issues. Doesn't have much of a problem going 26 mile an hour or faster downhill. The speedometer is way off when you're going. 12, it says 17, when you're going 26, it says you're going 34 other than that. No problem, no issues. Very comfortable bike, be sure to tighten up the handlebars.It takes a lot only downfall.

This bike required far more assembly than advertised. If you’re not comfortable with tools and bike mechanics, plan on paying a professional to assemble it. The shipping box arrived with a hole in it, and the frame already had scratches when I unpacked it. That was the first sign something wasn’t right. The biggest issue is the motor. The rear hub makes a loud, high-pitched wailing noise that none of my other e-bikes have ever made. It sounds like the motor is under excessive strain or beginning to fail. The bike also struggles to get past 20 mph, which is well below my expectations. For reference, I weigh only 185 lbs, so rider weight isn’t the issue. The wiring is bulky, the assembly instructions don’t match what was shown in the product video, and the overall experience has been disappointing from the start. I genuinely believe I received a defective bike, possibly one that was damaged during shipping. I regret this purchase. Had the bike performed as advertised, this would be a very different review. Instead, I ended up with what appears to be a faulty product. At this point, the appropriate resolution would be for the seller to stand behind their product with either a replacement or a full refund.

Purchased this bike for my husband. We were worried about the size of the bike because he is 6'4"... but the bike is the perfect height for him. It is sturdy and the seat is very comfortable. Speed caps at around 26 mph, which is perfect for his needs. We love that it has turns signals included and the headlight is bright. The instructions were slightly confusing but after comparing the booklet with the instructions emailed to us by the Amazon seller, it all made sense. Overall, extremely happy with purchase.

For the price point, pretty good. It takes two people to pull the frame up snd install the front shock. The frame is folded down for shipping. On mine the instrument panel wires are just hanging out of it, no seal or anything to hold the wires in place. Go to the store with the seat! Get 4 nuts that fit the seat studs. The kit does not have these four nuts included. The battery gauge on the instrument panel and the gauge on the battery are seriously different from each other. Do I have one or four bars? The battery says one, the instrument panel says three. Tire pressure! I weigh 200lbs and have the tires at or a bit below 10 lbs for logging roads, you can go down to four lbs if need be. On the street 14-15lbs seems good. Over inflation of these tires and trail riding, not a happy combination. Over inflated on a trail or logging road is basically terrifying for a 69 year old man. You bump and slide and jump all over the trail, completely out of control. Interesting thing about the speedometer, we have a radar unit in the neighborhood, which reads 6mph lower than the speedometer at higher speeds. Speedo says 30, radar reads 24. Is the radar calibrated? Mmmm maybe? Hill climbing, not bad if it’s not steep. A little steep or long, count on some pedal assist, which makes a big difference. The headlight is cool. You’ll see… I have about 30 miles on it thus far and the motor has started making an intermittent kind of a buzz werrr noise, not all the time, but that could be an issue, we will see. Fun toy and going to save a lot of walking and time bear hunting. Helmet and gloves! Ride without these and you may have issues. Wear your helmet!

The bike is well made, and customer service is responsive, but there are issues that went unresolved. The control module won’t shift from mode 2, and the seat nuts were the wrong size and would not bolt the seat down. My neighbor ordered one too. His seat nuts were the wrong size, and his was missing a pedal. Customer service offered to send a replacement bike after the second module shipped, but it didn’t work at all. I put the first module back in and ride in mode 2.
