Purchased this bike for my husband. We were worried about the size of the bike because he is 6'4"... but the bike is the perfect height for him. It is sturdy and the seat is very comfortable. Speed caps at around 26 mph, which is perfect for his needs. We love that it has turns signals included and the headlight is bright. The instructions were slightly confusing but after comparing the booklet with the instructions emailed to us by the Amazon seller, it all made sense. Overall, extremely happy with purchase.

The double zippers run all of the way around three sides of the cover compartment which allowed me to stuff my old Note 9 cell phone in without removing its protective case and it fit perfectly once I got the retaining straps adjusted. The clear window still allowed me to navigate my screen with surprising ease and accuracy, even though I was working through not only the bike case window, but also the screen protector that is part of my phone case, so that was a pleasant surprise. Also, in spite of the rubberized zipper seal, I was also able to manipulate the phone's side buttons without having to open the case or remove the phone, so along with the small amount of shade provided by the case's little screen hood, this thing actually provided a pretty impressive level of smart phone functionality. The zipper seals worked really well, even when subjected to a prolonged dunk under a running faucet, so it's certainly nice to know that the water-proof phone, inside the water-resistant case, inside the water shedding bike case is going to stay dry. Now I just have to make sure I don't get run into a ditch by a passing motorist (the U.S. really does suck on that level, because that is a very real thing here). The hook & loop straps provided to secure this to your top tube and steering neck are very aggressive and long enough to wrap my fatty Cannondale top tube with plenty to spare, but this would not be appropriate for fat top tubes on E-bikes without some sort of strap lengthening mod. The hook & loop straps are strong enough that I can literally pick up the bike holding nothing but the bag and nothing comes even the tiniest bit loose. The buckles are some sort of thermoplastic and more than substantial enough to stand up to whatever abuse is absorbed by the straps. The internal seam tape and stitching is well done Size wise the main compartment can easily store my tool kit, a handful of energy bars and a wallet, so being quick to detach and deploy as my baseline short trip bag makes it all the more functional. A quick tug on the straps and I can carry the entire rig into the coffee shop with me in one hand, or use the straps to create a carrying handle, or just attach it to a belt. Overall this is proving to be a very capable little bit of kit that I really enjoy having. It just works, and it helps unclutter a bike ride while also offering my possibles a more secure environment. For all that it does I consider the asking price to be a very reasonable value for the money, and the product itself a lot more functional than I first thought it would be. The reflective panels work pretty well, and there's an external port that allows a wire for earbuds to be routed that somehow stays dry, so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall a very functional pouch for a decent price.

I ordered this Bike frame, cell phone holding, pouch/bag and received one in the color black! This is amazing and convenient! The material feels like leather and it's a solid black with a silver design on each side, that displays the brand's name! The silver is almost reflective, just not enough! It feels so heavy duty and is water protectant! Water will just repel off of this! I feel very safe and comfortable, putting my phone in the front face pocket! There is a tight fitting, stretch band, that holds your phone against the plastic screen covering, thats built into this bag! Then there is an extra secure flap with velcro, that keeps your phone area, seperate from the interior bag area! So dope, that this has a plastic shield or visor, to keep any harsh weather, from affecting the screen area! I like how all the zippers, straps, and velcro, on this, are super duper stong and functional! There is even strapage at the top of the bag, to keep this more steady! The pocket or interior bag size, is so decent! There's enough room for a whole, standard size, water bottle and thensome! I would say it's about 5" inches deep, maybe 6! You could keep a set of keys, money, wallet, writing utensils, makeup, ect.! I have no issues with this being full and not spilling things or falling off! This is so secure, with all the straps done correctly! It allows me to go hands free and still carry on with my conversations, while I bike around! I don't recommend looking at the phone to see your video calls! That's just a set up for disaster and just as bad, as texting and driving! The price for this was amazing, it's very affordable! I think everyone in the family that bikes, should have this! I never have to worry about where I'm going to put what, especially my phone!

This bike required far more assembly than advertised. If you’re not comfortable with tools and bike mechanics, plan on paying a professional to assemble it. The shipping box arrived with a hole in it, and the frame already had scratches when I unpacked it. That was the first sign something wasn’t right. The biggest issue is the motor. The rear hub makes a loud, high-pitched wailing noise that none of my other e-bikes have ever made. It sounds like the motor is under excessive strain or beginning to fail. The bike also struggles to get past 20 mph, which is well below my expectations. For reference, I weigh only 185 lbs, so rider weight isn’t the issue. The wiring is bulky, the assembly instructions don’t match what was shown in the product video, and the overall experience has been disappointing from the start. I genuinely believe I received a defective bike, possibly one that was damaged during shipping. I regret this purchase. Had the bike performed as advertised, this would be a very different review. Instead, I ended up with what appears to be a faulty product. At this point, the appropriate resolution would be for the seller to stand behind their product with either a replacement or a full refund.

This bike frame bag is an ideal solution for keeping your phone screen accessible but protected. I ride through a lot of wooded singletrack trails and I love that this bag keeps my phone off the handlebars where branches and brush are constant dangers, but keeps the map screen handy. The touch screen can be manipulated through the clear plastic overlay so light rain and mud won't touch your device. It's designed for e-bikes but functions just as well for mountain bikes, just use caution not to over-tighten the straps if your brake and shift cables are routed on the top tube. The bag is plenty large enough for a snack, tools, a small pump and a tube or patch kit and the internal padding keeps the rattling to a minimum and shields the back of your phone from any stray allen wrenches or tire levers. The design is modern and the reflective highlights improve side visibility at night. Sturdy materials that should hold up to years of use.

This Askmy Bike Frame Bag is an absolute must have for any cyclist! This bag is well-made and designed with convenience in mind. It was super easy to attach to my bike in just a couple of minutes. I took it for a ride and it stayed in place nicely, even on bumpy roads. The one thing I do wish is that the Velcro straps weren't quite so long. They did stay closed, but there's a lot of extra fabric. Being waterproof is a great feature to help protect my phone. I never plan to ride in the rain, but it sometimes can be a surprise and it's nice to not worry about my phone getting wet. There's also room below the phone holder part where I store my keys. If I'm going on a really long ride, it's a good place to stow an energy bar. It's a high-quality and practical bike bag, and very easy to install and remove. It's a great upgrade to my cycling experience, so I would recommend it!
