Well what can I say? You get to open the box and you start by looking at the instructions and it is very vague. So at least most of the items are installed. Now I come to install the front rim. One of the axle openings are to small and the brake rotor is bent. So the rim cannot spin due to it locks up at the brake caliper due to its bent as the picture. I guess I’ll have to wait and see. Update: Well at least the vendor got back to me. I’ll have to see when the brake disk comes in. Noticed the rear welded bracket was not in line with the bike frame. It wouldn’t move with a dead blow hammer. I’ll try to lock the frame up and bend it? ... show more

Overall disappointing. Top speed is actually 28mph on throttle alone (31mph with full throttle and pedaling for my life) not the advertised 37mph. Battery capacity is 80km, not the 100mi advertised. Seat is noticeably higher than standard public e-bikes, thus uncomfortable for most I’d assume. Bike rattles a lot, motor and/or wheels make concerning noises as if some component is misaligned or out of round. Threading on pedals inconsistent, made for difficult assembly. Battery meter on dash is confusing. Manual is so vague and doesn’t contain much useful instruction or illustration. ... show more

I tested drive it give me max 23/miles . - it has a problem while the bike is runing making sounds between tire and break . The media could not be loaded. Great bike for the price. Top Speed is only 25 MPH. Not a lot of torque with 750W motor but gets better if you peddle with it to get up to speed, then the throttle will hold you at top speed. I really like the look of this bike for my 1st E bike. The bike is has overinflated stats on the Amazon listing, it does not match any of the performance listed in product description. Thought I found a hidden gem but no, it's just a basic low quality hub motor that actually believe it or not make a horrible scraping noise whenever under load, would love to get that taken care of. This problem makes the bike sound like it has a small combustion engine at some points. ... show more
