After getting our son a Vivi e-bike and having him ride it for 6 mos, he kept popping the regular mtn bike style tires, bending the seat post, and breaking the plastic pedals. Our son is a big teen (250 lbs) so he definitely puts strain on the machine and tests the durability. So we shopped for another moped style e-bike on here, knowing we wanted something better suited for him with the seat built into the frame, higher max weight capacity, and fat tires. We ultimately narrowed it down to TST R9 as it fit the requirements, was a decent price, and had good reviews based on research here and other online platforms. Good to know they have a SoCal warehouse, so the bike came earlier than expected which was nice. Upon putting it together, I knew this was a great choice to fit our son’s needs. The bike was easy to put together, sturdy, uses quality materials, and looks cool to be honest. An issue arose during the latter part of the assembly, in which the digital display was broken at the base (exposing internal wires and circuitry) in transit. I contacted the seller by phone, they knew exactly what the problem was as it seemed like it was a previously common issue. They immediately sent out a new display from the SoCal warehouse, we received it quickly and installed it. Our son was off to the races and he LOVES it! He mentions how much of a smoother ride it has and having better acceleration and more power/torque than his old one. Regarding TST, their customer service is unparalleled. They actually pick up their phone, responded quickly through Amazon seller messaging, and followed up a few times to make sure we were good. I honestly can’t remember when is the last time any Amazon seller was so thorough and attentive. They’re a wonderful company to work with and their product is very recommended. So glad I bought this bike. It has surprisingly lot of power. Climbs hills easy and Im glad I got smart and ordered this bike. Was packed excellently and was ready to put together. Only took me like 45 minutes and I was flying down the road. Very comfortable seats and great shock absorbers youll hardly notice the imperfections in the road . Doesnt matter ive got ebike that dreams are made of here. It very Good investment. ... show more

The throttle stopped springing back so i placed a rubber band to. You can find yourself in a dangerous situation on a sidewalk with cars passing by almost flying. I placed a rubber band on the throttle because i got in a dangerous situation. That should be fixed before something terrible happens.
