The bike is very fast strong riding. I just received it with 2 battery chargers that did not work. Had to use a friend's charger until I just recently got one charger replaced. I can at least now charge batteries but just takes longer with one charger. Customer service thru Amazon very good. I tried using contact from manual and never got satisfaction thru them. I nice bike I do recommend it. Just four stars because only one charger and I have 2 batteries on the bike. Update received second charger so changed rating to a 5 star.

My husband took it down to our local e-bike shop and the guys there were all in awe... The owner said he had nothing in his inventory that could even compare. No regrets on my purchase!! I got a non operating $900 e-bike, battery’s fully charged but the bike won’t power up at all. Seller didn’t respond at all during this return process only sent a return shipping label but not a prepaid one. The shipping cost was $400 and it was NOT refunded back! After a whole week I got a respond saying the shipping fee will not be covered cause they did not approve my actions for return. Q-life is no help either. Please take caution of this. If you get a working bike then good but if you’re like me then call Amazon immediately. Other than that the bikes ride height is good and looks great. Unfortunately customer service needs serious work cause I got zero help. Please buy somewhere else don’t lose $400+ to return an item

The bike came pretty quick (about 6 days) and nicely packaged, box got a bit damaged but not too bad. Overall the bike is beautiful and solid for the price. Easy to set up, very comfortable seat probably the best I’ve seen on an e-Bike. However, there was a many minor issues. First and foremost the mechanical brakes aren’t the best and I recommend upgrading to hydraulics for a bike of this weight and speed. I noticed a bit of rust on one of the crowns for the fork, rear suspension was squeaking really bad and a small dent on one of the fenders. I managed to scrub the rust off and grease the suspension but was a little disappointed and concerned about the rust and dent . Also, the cable for the motor wire was too close to the tire and not properly secured and was rubbing against the tire and starting to fray the wire. ( this is how my first fat tire e bikes motor broke ) Good thing I caught it and i secured the wire in a better position but had to readjust the back wheel ( which if you know about these bikes can be a pain to remove ) to align the cable properly .I’ve seen that it’s a bit difficult to get in touch with Qlife but these issues should be known to people who purchase this bike. It has a minor issues but over all is a solid bike . For the price you’re kind of getting what you pay for. Nice frame to upgrade and is a fun ride if you maintain properly. Nice torque but wish it had a bit more battery life . Is a beautiful bike that I am going to be upgrading 👍🏼

The media could not be loaded. The bike frame is very well build with rear and front suspension included. This also make the ride smooth and fun for the user. The bike can go around 30 mile if you drive at 13-17 mph but if you max it out it goes up to 28mph. The power of the bike is also very outstanding. It accelerates very quickly and feels like a real motorbike. The size of the bike is perfect for holding an extra person too. The menu of the bike display lots of useful information about the bike such as its speed, trip miles, wattage usage, battery level and much more. One thing that I was expecting that was not on the bike was a USB port on the side. Instead of a USB port there is just a blank box. Other than that this bike is a great bike for its price and performance

This is a joy to ride! Definitely worth the money. Speed goes up to 28 MPH on the 5th setting. Noise levels aren’t bad except for the chain when you start riding.
