The bike arrived with the battery laying in the bottom of the shipping container. The press nuts in the frame that hold the battery in place dislodged, most likely during shipping, and cannot reliably just be pushed back in and all is well. The seller has agreed to a partial refund for this issue so I have no complaints. Overall the bike is a good value for the money and in my opinion looks better than most of the others in this price range!

Do not buy!!! ZERO support. Showed up with battery detached from bike. Thought that was part of the assembly process. Then discovered after the bike was done that the frame rivnuts are missing and there is no possible way to mount the battery. Holes have no threads and no way to access the back side with the square tubing. Filed a report immediately and I’ve received no response from seller. And pay close attention to the shipping charges. So now I have a bike that’s not rideable and no resolution.

Got the bike home today and finished the setup. Was pretty basic but there was no information on how to adjust the disc brakes. Both the front and rear brakes rub and need adjustment. Can't wait for my grandson to see this and try it out.

Over all satisfied with the bike, it's fast and does everything I need it to do with makes it fun to ride. The only issue was the battery. The bike came damaged, the bracket the battery locks into came detached from the frame with scratches on the frame. The battery fell off twice on the first day

My husband, son and I love this bike. It rides great, charges quickly, and has a much longer battery life than we expected. This bike can be ridden off-road as well as on the street and we highly recommend it to anyone interested in an electric bike.

I ride this bike every day. It is my only means of transport. I can ride it anywhere. I have been riding it for a few months now and I am very happy with it, it was almost fully assembled when I got it and it was very easy to assemble. I'm a woman and not very mechanically inclined, but it was easy for me. It has two batteries and can definitely go a few places on a single charge and charges very quickly. The price was great and it's a very good deal on this bike. Highly recommend it to others!
