I see that there are not many informative reviews for this product, so I will help with that. Just a warning, the box comes in at around 100 pounds. Assembly was very easy. All hardware and tools necessary for assembly come with bike. Inside the owners manual, there is a QR code that takes you to the assembly video. Has working headlight, brake light and turn signals, and also a working horn that is surprisingly loud! It comes with an electronic display. It also comes with a phone holder, bycicle lock, and a tire pump. You can also charge your phone through the plug in port on the side of the display screen! I manipulated the settings through the screen and i feel its going faster than the 31 mph it displays. It is a very smooth and fun ride! On the side of the box, there is a QR code that takes you to the app that connects to the bike. In the app you can manipulate speed settings, access Google maps, track your speed and trip mileage, see current battery voltage and battery percentage, and so much more! Definitely a good investment! I will update this review in a few months.

Hauls me and the wife around with ease. Crazy battery life, fast enough for me at 31mph. Tires go on the beach and over rough terrain. Suspension is alright but not great. Love the app but the seat is not as comfortable as I'd hoped. Pedals are just for looks let's be real, Its an e-moped lol

I am extremely happy with this electric bike! The 1500W brushless motor delivers impressive power, making it easy to climb hills and accelerate quickly. The top speed of 31 MPH is exciting while still feeling stable and safe. The 48V 20Ah battery provides excellent range, allowing me to ride for long distances without worrying about recharging. The 20-inch fat tires offer outstanding grip on pavement, gravel, sand, and even light snow.

This bike is just not worth the price dump, save for something more expensive and safer for the kids. Here’s my experience: Using this bike on the first day was a blast! It was my first ever ebike experience and it was SOOO fun. That was until I started to have some strange feelings about the bike. (A sort of looming intuition something was wrong.) First and foremost the bike headset out of the box feels waayyy to loose for the weight and it would wobble ever so slightly at higher speeds. Sure you could fix it yourself by tightening it. but I can’t even be sure about the engineering quality in doing even that with this bike; this is because of a recent negative experience(s) I had on this bike. I’m ashamed to say the quality issues kept getting worse on the second day. The second day, I had a passenger, together the sprung weight was around but definitely not exceeding 330lbs. On an incline from a stop the bike tipped over on us, thankfully at a standstill, basically, walked away with scratches. Fine, I chalked it up to rider error, but something sat wrong with me, it’s like intuitively I knew the bike should’ve done something that it just “didnt do” in that moment. So a drove it around solo for just a little after that incident to check, and it felt ‘fine’ but even solo something felt “wrong” rather a whole host of issues. (The throttle input is too sensitive from a standstill, the rear shocks were starting to creek and the chain would unexpectedly loosen, the breaks and battery are probably the only thing on this bike that lasted). And so to continue, me and another passenger got on the bike a third time after the crash, just hoping it would be different, nope. Again, this time even more disappointing, the bike tipped up drastically unprompted on a small incline. I was even more confused, and it hit me - the bike has poorly engineered frame/ suspension, either that or the shocks failed on me. I got home and tested my theory, yep. I could practically press on the rear seat with less weight than a full person and the front starts rising. Sure to a large degree I could say it was rider error, but even from a beginner perspective the throttle is too jerky from a standstill and on an incline with some loose dirt the bike will wheelie unprompted. Just… No, don’t buy this bike if you don’t plan on spending another 600 on adjustments and correct framing. It’s just carelessly unsafe and I can’t in good conscious recommend it for beginners or if you’re planning to ride with another adult passenger. Heck I’m even willing to say there are bikes with less power that have better controls, a better frame and suspension, and a heck of a lot longer battery life than this bike for a lot less.

Solid Bike. this thing is fast, can go a long time if you run it on low power with assist, and at top speed its still capable of doing probably 20+ miles. assembly was easy, took me about 2 hours and i was riding. Ive done grocery runs on this thing with a backpack and a mounted rear seat bag i can carry 2 full bags of stuff. PLUS it has a rear seat and foot pegs! unbeatable
