II wanted to come back and update my review because the seller made things right. After the rear shock failed, I contacted customer service. I believe the shock was simply a defective part and not a reflection of the overall quality of the bike. The customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, shipped a replacement shock promptly, and made the process easy. Once the new part was installed, everything was back to normal. My grandson absolutely loves this bike and has had a great experience riding it. It has so many great features, looks fantastic, and has been a wonderful birthday gift. Because of the excellent customer service and the way the seller stood behind their product, I am happy to update my review to 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for a fun, well-designed e-bike backed by a company that truly cares about its customers. I purchased this e-bike as a birthday gift for my grandson, and he absolutely loves it. The bike looks great, rides well, and was very exciting for him to receive. To ensure everything was done correctly, we had the bike professionally assembled before he rode it. Unfortunately, after only 22 miles of use, the rear shock failed during a ride. Considering how new the bike is and the fact that it was professionally assembled, this was very disappointing. I have reached out to customer service and provided photos of both the damaged shock and the mileage. At this time, I am giving the bike a 1-star rating because a major component should not fail this quickly. That said, I am hopeful that the company will stand behind its product and provide a replacement shock under warranty. If customer service resolves this issue promptly and satisfactorily, I will gladly update my review and reconsider the star rating. I will update this review once I hear back from the seller.

I would not recommend purchasing this bike. There are multiple deficiencies with this bike. It did not come with screws for the headlamp. The headlamp does not work because one of the prongs is bent. The horn does not work. The front bars that hold the wheel are bent at a slight horizontal angle, not the normal bend. I messaged the seller and I was told to read the manual to fix. How is that going to fix my headlight with the broken prong?

I purchased the 1500w version of the bike. The assembly of the bike was very simple and takes maybe 30 min. The spring suspension is a lot more comfortable then some of the hydrolic suspension that are a lot more stiff. I like how it comes with rfid to unlock the bike but you can also use a four digit combination to unlock the bike. The seat is also very comfortable and fits two peope. However I gave the bike a four stars because with another person on the bike you really need a stronger motter and it is difficult to peddle with the shape of the bike. Without being able to peddle it drastically reduces the battery distance based on that riding. I am an adult who weighs 180 so i may have purchased the wrong kind of bike for me but for a teenager this would be a perfect bike. I like how you can easly remove the baddery for charging.

"Because I really wanted it but couldn't get it in the store, I bought this electric bike on Amazon. My friend highly recommended it. He always told me that it was very comfortable to ride and had a cool appearance. After hearing this so many times, I decided to give it a try. And it didn't disappoint me. After the package was delivered, the installation process was quite simple. We don't usually need to use it daily, and we don't go to work either. But with this electric bike, traveling has become much more convenient. Whether it's going to work, the store, or riding on the small roads, I can reach my destination easily and smoothly. It saves time and energy. Now that I have this bike, I feel very happy. It gives me more freedom in my daily travel. I'm really glad that I followed my friend's advice at that time."

Bought the T1 Pro for my 12 year old sons first ebike ..it is a decent bike for the price. I always upgrade everything i buy and this is no exception, just wanted something with full suspension so i could tweak the ride height . Frame is robust, welds look amazing, im 240 pounds and hit some 3 foot jumps and it held up stock... havent unlocked it yet but my top speed was 23 mph on gps. All in all very decent bike.. when purchasing at this price point you need to expect at least 1 thing.. upgrade.. so i will upgrade to hydraulic brakes and better suspension .front and rear . Other than that it is a well made bike i have no doubt that the frame can hold 72v upgrade the rear swing arm and frame are very robust. I am satisfied with my purchase .
