Bought the T1 Pro for my 12 year old sons first ebike ..it is a decent bike for the price. I always upgrade everything i buy and this is no exception, just wanted something with full suspension so i could tweak the ride height . Frame is robust, welds look amazing, im 240 pounds and hit some 3 foot jumps and it held up stock... havent unlocked it yet but my top speed was 23 mph on gps. All in all very decent bike.. when purchasing at this price point you need to expect at least 1 thing.. upgrade.. so i will upgrade to hydraulic brakes and better suspension .front and rear . Other than that it is a well made bike i have no doubt that the frame can hold 72v upgrade the rear swing arm and frame are very robust. I am satisfied with my purchase . ... show more

I will say I'm giving you one less star because your customer service is trash. Other than that bike is awesome. When I got it the horn was stuck on just disconnected it inside the light housing. Even tried to get support from move loop themselves still didn't get any help. Unless you know how to fix it yourself and wasted $60 on a warranty Don't buy it. ... show more

I ordered this bicycle and it was delivered three days later! The delivery speed was super fast. The packaging was intact and very sturdy. It took some time to assemble, but it wasn't too difficult. It came with complete tools and necessary equipment for assembly. This bike rides very well. The front fork suspension and rear shock are both excellent. You can ride it over any steep slope without being affected. The battery range is decent and I haven't reached the limit yet. The ride is smooth and the assembly is relatively easy. And all these additional features... It's hard to find a bike priced under $1500 that has all these specifications like this one. Its cost-effectiveness is simply amazing. This was the most enjoyable cycling experience I've ever had. If you're considering buying, definitely consider this bike! ... show more
