Likes-shifts great, sturdy frame, tires are wider than I expected and appear to be a decent build. Display is easy to read. It’s advertised max speed is accurate, I hit 31mph on a flat road. Nice kickstand. Dislikes- owner’s manual is fair for assembly but not much info on operation. I cannot find a power switch to the headlight. If there is no switch and should be on full time then mine is defective. The seat has no adjustment to tilt forward/backward and not well padded. It’s about the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever had. Ordering a replacement. Also instructions don’t mention the usb port on the bottom of the display. ... show more

I’ll give this e-bike 5 stars for its’ high quality, comfort, and performance. It works as advertised, with smooth and powerful performance on hilly terrain. A minus that caused me some aggravation during assembly and start up is the poor quality of the instructions in English. In particular, the 3 steps provided by the manufacturer to start up the e-bike were both inaccurate and confusing. I ended up figuring out the correct startup procedure on my own while awaiting the manufacturer’s response. Fortunately, the positives of this e-bike greatly outweigh this one negative. ... show more

I received the bike two days early. It seems I was sent a bike that may have been returned at some point. When unboxing it none of the accessories were wrapped in protective plastic. The Multi tool was really loose and falling apart. The protective bolt for the front wheel was already removed. The battery was considerably damaged and dented. The handle bars bottom left screw was severely stripped on the frame. I spent 40 min slowly re-threading the hole by hand with the screw. That worked. After riding 15 miles on paved roads with moderate hills and mostly using on the assisted riding functionality; the left pedal bar almost fell off from being loose. This was not repairable with the multi tool so I was forced to creep home and fix it with 5/16 allen wrench. I did not receive the front light with a reflector as it is advertised. The front tire is very wobbly, like other customers have reported. The bike does have great torque, easy to ride, and has a beautiful design. ... show more

I’ve had this bike for a couple of months now and it is a joy to ride. It handles well, is really quick and powerful. It can quickly climb hills and is strong in all terrain. It looks great too. The electronics are nice. It is a superior bike for the money.

    • Great looking Bike. Strong motor which will pull me (at 185 lbs) up at steep hill at 22 mph.
Range in all electric mode less than the 30 mile listed range. I ride mostly in the all electric mode, but the bike is easy to pedal on mostly flat ground. Very sturdy well made bike. This is the second bike I have purchased.
