I did some shopping around and didn't want to spend a ton of money on a bike. I found this bike and I am extremely happy with the value I got! This bike is definitely worth double than what I paid. It's very durable, it rides smooth, the electric motor works very good and has lots of hours and miles in the battery. The Hybrid Peddling/Electric is a super nice touch. Also the security of being able to use a key and remove the battery is so important. I can charge the battery in my home, while my bike is secured in my garage and also when I am riding in town, I can take my backpack to use to store the removable battery, for extra security. It took me a little over 2 hrs to build, but that is because I take my time and my OCD kicks in and it takes me a while. Putting together is very easy. There is a video link when you order the bike to help guide you when assembling. I wasn't looking for a super fast 28+mph bike, this bike does exactly what I want with the speed. The Lights on front and back are nice quality and work great. Using the bike electric motor controls are easy to pick up. Having the 7 gears while Peddling is very convenient and works great. I have no complaints with this bike at all. With all the research I did find a very nice quality electric bike, this one by far is the best for its value and definitely will save you hundreds of dollars, than buying a super expensive electric bike. I highly recommend getting this bike!

I have been looking at electric bikes for a while, and for my needs, I feel I made the correct choice on this one. The GOKEEP electric bike looks great, has more power than I was expecting, and is a very comfortable ride. Assembly did take me a lot longer than expected. I would say it took a little over two hours. While it did come with tools, I used my own wrenches that are much better made. Being that it's an electric bike, I wanted to make sure that I took my time putting it together. Surprisingly it all came together easily, the only part took some extra time was adjusting the front tire brakes. Before assembling the bike I plugged the battery to give it a charge in hopes to used the bike after assembly. By the time I was done assembling the bike the battery was fully charged. The battery did come partially charged, but I wanted to ensure I had enough power for my first ride. The bike is quite heavier than my regular bikes, but it does feel solid and well made. The electronics on the bike are simple to use and pretty basic, which is what I was looking for. The mechanical parts all work seamless and the gears shift smoothly. On my first ride I was thinking of just taking it around the block a few times, but once I got used to using the electric bike, I spent more time than expected. I tested the power on this bike on an open road and I must admit that the speed on this bike is a lot faster than I was expecting, maybe too fast for my needs. I prefer using human power for the exercise, but I very much enjoy that I now have the electic power when needed to take on inclines with no effort. I have used this bike several times for about a month and I have come across no issues. Since I pedal most of the time, I cannot speak to the mileage I am getting on the battery, but the power is always there when I need it. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

While standing 6’-0 and weighing 185 pounds I was a little leary about the fit of this bicycle and the quality/performance. I must say I am very happy with all of the mentioned above items. Aside from that I am also very happy with: The ease of mounting and dismounting the bike. The battery life. The stability I feel when riding it. The acceleration is not real aggressive when starting off which I have a problem with on my other brand e-bike. The paint and fit were all excellent. The seat is comfortable and the adjustments you are able to do with the handlebars make very comfortable.

This bike was not easy to assemble. The printed instructiuons are incomplete and pretty much worthless. The most difficult task has been instaaling the front wheel. The installed axel needs to be removed and replaced with the longer axel included in the parts bag. This is not mentioned in the printed or video instructions. Other than that, I have no complaints regarding the bike. It appears sturdy, and battery charge seems OK. Gear shifting and braking are good.

This is a good starter E Bike. The bike accessories such as the headlight, brake light and cargo rack are extremely useful. The speed of the bike is as advertised. In fact, my top speed is 32mph. Of course rider and cargo weight play a factor in you attainable top speed. For comparison purposes I am 6' 212 pounds. I will say the battery life is no where near as advertised. I am only able to travel 20 on a single charge and that is with pedal assist! I use this bike for moderate exercise and peace of mind and have been pleased overall.

I did a bit of research before buying this bike and I made the right decision buying it. I found the assembly took a couple of hours including unboxing. I followed the assembly video which was clear and instructive. The controls on the bike are easy to use. The LED's clearly show the battery level and selected speed and mode. The bike pedals smoothly and I often am able to use it with little to no assist. But after a long ride its nice to be able to turn up the assist mode and even be able to have the bike supply all the power were you do not even need to pedal. The battery lasts a while and I have not had any issues with it running low when I have taken it out. All in all this bike was a great value.

This bike was everything my child wanted......until it arrived. After spending hours assembling it and fully charging the battery, we were excited to take it for its first ride. Unfortunately, it never worked. No matter what we tried, the bike continuously showed that the battery was dead. I immediately requested a return, but because it was sold by a third-party seller, the return had to be approved. What followed was 26 days of frustration. The seller repeatedly asked for more photos, videos, and troubleshooting steps, forcing me to jump through hoop after hoop to prove the bike was defective. They even asked me to communicate outside of Amazon, which would have jeopardized Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee protection. After nearly a month of getting nowhere, I finally contacted Amazon Customer Service. Amazon reviewed the communications and determined the seller had violated Amazon's policies multiple times. Amazon then issued me a full refund without requiring the seller's approval. This was one of the worst online purchasing experiences I've ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the headach spend a little more money and buy a different bike from a reputable seller
