    • An off-road beast that's well worth the money
The 1500W motor is a true power boost, and there's a noticeable push back when starting. I tested it on a 35-degree dirt slope, and it climbed steadily even with a 180-pound load, which was much better than I expected. The vibration filtering was excellent on suburban gravel roads and muddy trails. Compared to my previous electric bike with only front suspension, this one puts a noticeable amount of pressure on my lower back. If you want an electric off-road vehicle that can truly handle complex terrain and your budget is in the mid-range, this is a great value. ... show more

    • Dangerous pedal assist. Don’t buy.

I’ve had this TWO days and it’s still not working right. The pedal assist mode, no matter what you set it at, goes immediately to full throttle. I’ve contacted customer support immediately and there is no support number. So email is it. The response was to send the exact order number and they would get back to me. Still no support number to TALK with someone. So wait for a response. In the meantime I’m riding a dangerous bike so I only use the throttle and can’t actually ride the bike itself. No support number. Just wait. It’s obvious there is no US presence and it’s a Chinese company so dealt delay. Would I buy again. No. Dangerous. ... show more

I bought the bike and it came quick and its amazing but they sent me the wrong bike. The bike is advertised as the 48v 28mph max speed but they sent the 36v 22 mph max speed.
