The media could not be loaded. Love this bike, ive had it for over a month now, ive put 67 miles on it and its running good. It come well packaged there was no damage. There was so many zip ties I doubt anything could move. It's mostly put togeter out of the box. All in all took me about a hour to get it unpacked ( that was the long part) and assembled. Tires seem to be good and holding up. I do have to air them up once a week they get down to about 39psi and the spec is 45. Cruises good. Love the pedal assist. But works well in throttle only mode. Doesn't slow down going up decent inclines. Til the battery gets down to about 20 percent then it does struggle a little on inclines dropping down to about 11-13 mph. It rides smooth and gets up to 21 mph on the display. On my phones GPS speedometer I get 24-25mph. Overall for the price its a awesome purchase. Would recommend. Very easy to use from the different modes to the gears its a well made and simple bike. It has good power til it gets down to about 20% on the battery. But the battery holds a charge well. In throttle only mode and max speed i get about 24- 27 miles out of it on a single charge. Pretty much double that of i use pedal assit consistently. ... show more

Nothing was damaged during shipping, which I really appreciated. Assembly was quick and straightforward, even for someone like me with minimal experience. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I had it up and running in no time! As for the ride — it’s smooth, comfortable, and surprisingly powerful. 9/29/25: Update. Just reached 70 miles today, that's five 14-mile round trips to the park, and I decided to charge it just because the red, yellow, and one green LED were showing after all of that pedal assist these past 70 miles. It was charged in less than four hours so I guess I still had a lot of juice left in the battery. Impressive, very impressive. 9/25/25: Okay people. Pay very, very, very close to the video that shows you how to use the "Cruise Mode" and "Booster Mode". The "Pedal Assist" number in the upper right hand corner of the LCD screen MUST be on "5" (FIVE) to enter into the Cruise or Booster mode. I tried it at PAS numbers below "5" and you cannot use or enter the Cruise or Booster mode. So, the magic begins with the number "5" (FIVE). And it is FAST when the motor takes over on Cruise Mode. Zippity-Zappity-Fast. Just follow the directions and you'll soon be zooming. 9/15/25: Took a 14 mile ride today and everything went OK. The battery is still reading a full charge. I only used the pedal assist on the steeper grades along my 14 mile route and when crossing an intersection from a dead stop. Well designed and manufactured. Good packaging. Definitely a great bicycle for the price. It was delivered by FedEx. It is heavy so I agree with the weight listed in the specifications. I say that when comparing this bike to my 16" and 20" folding bicycles. I only had trouble in two particular areas while assembling this bike. So, if you are going to assemble your own bicycle be careful with the front fender and headlight screw since the metal bracket that it passes through isn't very thick so I stripped that bracket when tightening the screw. But, since that screw is long enough, I put a 10mm metric self retaining nut on the back side and it's very snug now. Also, the rack that goes on the back end; you will need to install the two lower screws first and then pull up with some force to line up the rack holes with the screw holes on the two upper screws near the seat. The seat is adequate and the fenders are plastic but work just fine. I made a little adjustment on the front brake caliper to center the pads on the rotor and a minor adjustment on the rear hand brake so both wheels turn freely. On pedal assist level #1 I really picked up speed to about 13 MPH. So, you will notice the powerful motor when it kicks in. Charging only took a couple of hours since it had a partial charge on it already. The charger LED is red and turns green when the battery is charged. The aluminum wheels have a rather narrow width so you could put thinner tires on if desired. The tires are very good, better than the tires they show in the photos on the website page. The bike is good, solid, and reliable. I have been using it for four months now, over 500 miles. I have no problem with the bike and no issue beyond what I can fix myself (the bike comes with necessary screw tighteners). 50 miles is exaggerated; 30 miles at the lowest speed, which is fast enough for in-city rides. The seat is adjustable, setup is easy, and all parts are complete. The headlight is bright enough for late-night rides, which I do often. I recommend it for you. ... show more
