    • Buyer’s Be Careful With This Purchase
My husband and l carefully purchased 2 of these e-bikes after much research. Once the bikes came in which were the same my husband built one. The e-bikes were 20” which is the size we always bought with our regular bikes. They were for the height of 5.3-6.0 persons. I am 5.5 so we thought the bikes should be great for us. My husband built the first bike and even having the seat on the lowest position it sits to high up for me to safely get on and off the bike. I ended up falling trying to get off the bike and hurt myself. So we knew not to open the second bike which would have been mine for l could not safely ride it. I contacted Amazon and they said our return was approved. So l contacted the seller and after various text messages they told me per company policies that because it was a “personal problem” for the return and not mechanical or parts they would not refund the $150 shipping cost that we already paid and we were to pay another $150 cost to ship the bike back to them. There was no place on Amazon did it say the return had to be for certain conditions. We are refusing to end up loosing $300 total to send the 2nd bike in the box never touched back to the company. These were our Christmas gifts and my husbands is great for him and mine has just been a very stressed purchase. I will not purchase a large item from Amazon again if it is not shipped directly from them for Amazon has always been wonderful to refund problem purchases. So BEWARE buys on this e-bike or you could end up in the same bad situation that we did for an expensive purchase!! ... show more
