The E bike is super easy to assemble I would suggest tightening the screws very tight. It’s very sturdy. I would recommend it and goes pretty fast. I got this bike for my son and he enjoyed it a lot. My husband got on it during the snow.

The bike itself was good it got good mileage and was as fast as advertised but the warranty is a nightmare to use it took me nearly a month of back and forth with the company to get the warranty.

’m extremely happy with my GT20 electric bike. It’s powerful, comfortable, and very well built. The ride is smooth, the battery lasts a long time, and the motor provides excellent acceleration, even on hills. The design is stylish, and I’ve received many compliments on it.

Left a somewhat long and heavily elaborate review. It wasn't approved due to product reception time I believe. Anyway I scrapped it entirely and this is my updated review. I had my gugois bike for approximately a month. It's been out of commission for 2½ weeks due to what's seemingly a malfunction in the controller. The bike looks super cool and performs impressively for the low price. The bike comes with mediocre tires and mechanical brakes. I had to ENTIRELY disconnect the front brake, the first day I got it due to irreversibly misaligned front brakes that I had to go to a cyclist shop and get diagnosed to have a specific brake pad ordered in & professionally replaced. After 300 miles the tires tread got very sketchy, so much so that I ordered a new pair of tires after slipping in small puddle while testing my new front brakes ironically. I only use my bike to get to my jobs. All work, no play. Unfortunately about 2 weeks ago my bike stopped accelerating via throttle or pedal assist and I can't figure out what the issue is for the life of me. I couldn't get to work so for the following two weeks, I literally ran every safe test I could on this bike to hone in on what was wrong. I wasn't riding my bike when it bugged out and im not getting any error codes. Everything seems fine but I don't have any accelerating options. All of my settings are correct, I assure you. I've asked the manufacturers three separate times over the past 2½ weeks and keep getting ignored, forcing me to keep communication through inconvenient Amazon messaging. We're on a 12-hour time difference being the manufacturer is stationed in China and I believe that's why I only received 1 reply a day. 1 REPLY A IS MUCH TOO SLOW FOR ME RIGHT NOW. I've asked for the customer service email multiple times, I don't appreciate this shady unprofessionalism the least bit because The manufacturer is asking me for a video of the issue but I can't send a video longer than 5 seconds and when I even tried to send the shortened video it wasn't compatible, making it literally impossible to even send an evidential video. I'm going to have to escalate this issue to Amazon customer service. I'm very professional and well seasoned in customer service on both sides of the fence. This dispute is not this complicated.

Horrible horrible instructions … my brother put this together for us and he is a mechanical engineer who graduated from Ohio state and he had to figure out how to do some of the important things that were left out of directions on his own Ex, how the handle bars are to move the front tire … he then ended up watching a video on YouTube thankfully and figured out how to do it …. So very very disappointed to say the least …. Now as Far as the ride of the bike itself we haven’t gotten there yet 🙏🏻
