I purchased this bike and I was and still am very surprised at how well it functions. 35 mph is quicker than you think lol. Trust me. It feels like a motorcycle. The digital display is clear as day and it also tracks the mileage you put on the bike. While I recommend you get the insurance for obvious reasons, please please please make sure you contact the seller directly. I had an issue and they reached out personally to right a major wrong. Nowadays, it feels like companies don't care about the consumers anymore. This was definitely not the case. It was very nice for once to have a company actually reach out and actually go above and beyond to fix a problem. Nobody is perfect, and I understand that people make mistakes. But I had a major problem and these folks truly made it right. The bike was so much better than I ever could have expected. I ride my bike to work everyday and the guys I work with genuinely get a kick out of it. I can't tell you how many guys have said they wanna get one if only to save on gas lol. The point here is to point out how punctual, professional, and kind these folks were to me. They easily could have screwed me outta money and I more than likely wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. The fact that they took a risk on my behalf means so much to me. I'm a real guy, with a regular job and a family. So losing hundreds of dollars would have been devastating. I wanna thank the folks at Nexaglide for making things right and you definitely have a long term customer here. Below is the beast I purchased. PS: I recommend you purchase some rearview mirrors for the handlebars. Looking behind you at 35mph is sketchy lol. Below are some very cheap mirrors I bought. Other than that, the bike is awesome!!! One last thing: Make sure you check and tighten all nuts and bolts before riding and invest in a helmet. Stay safe out there!!

DANGEROUS POS! DO NOT BUY! We purchased this for our son's 14th birthday. "grrrreat" as it almost KILLED HIM TWICE. First the handlebar (which came fully assembled) randomly came apart, dumping him into the grass (thank G*D we insisted he ride at home with a helmet for a few days before going on sidewalks/road leading to the park). Throttle did NOT HAVE a RETURN SPRING...so the throttle STAYED OPEN--with our son on it. Ran him into OUR (BRICK) HOUSE before he could get off it, and then it continued on BY ITSELF into the yard where it almost ran over our 10YO daughter, husband and 2 DOGS. ZERO EXCUSE for this. Will be posting this review to MY X ACCOUNT. nearly $1000 for something that is dangerous and worthless. FURIOUS.

Awesome bike- we revived the bike 2 weeks early, but unfortunately it was missing the accessory box with the charger and pedals and manual. I reached out directly to the seller and they were extremely prompt and accountable, and provided me the shipping information for the missing box within 2 days of my correspondence with them. Don’t stress about working with this company- they are legit and majorly professional when it comes to customer service and conflict resolution. Things happen when ordering products online, and you’d company being overseas can make you weary to trust, but they are phenomenal and I’m so glad everything worked out. My son is obsessed with this bike. It’s very hardy and he can’t wait to get on the road with it.

Great bike. Easy to assemble, didn't even look at the instructions till after I put it together just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Looks good, very solid, fairly heavy. Pretty fast. I has no limiter on it. It has PAS settings that you change with up down buttons. Setting 1 is the low 20mph while 5 is high and on full. Arrived 6 days early. Amazing. Only drawback is the seat isn't very comfortable but not enough to affect its rating. Very happy.

My 19 yr old son loves this bike that we bought him for college on May 8th. He’s only had it a couple weeks & the charger cable got hooked up on the pedal and broke. Is there a way to get a new one from the company? I would think they would replace it for free since we just got it.
